"I recently visited McDonald’s and was extremely disappointed with the service. Upon arriving, I noticed that the staff appeared disorganized, and it took an unusually long time for anyone to take my order. When my order was finally processed, it was incorrect despite being repeated at the counter. I had to wait even longer to have it corrected, which added to the frustration.
The staff members I interacted with seemed indifferent and unprofessional, lacking the basic courtesy expected in customer service. Additionally, the cleanliness of the restaurant was concerning; tables were left uncleaned, trash bins were overflowing, and the overall environment felt unhygienic.
As a loyal customer, I have always associated McDonald’s with efficiency and quality, but this experience was far from it. I hope the management takes necessary steps to address these issues to ensure a better experience for future customers. This level of service does not align with McDonald’s reputation, and I urge immediate improvements in staff training, order accuracy, and cleanliness."

The staff is extremely rude and obnoxious and don’t seem to be qualified or literate.
They have a single washroom for staff and customers and while I was waiting to use the washroom Ms Navitha—one of their own employees— cut the line before me; when I tried to stop her she was rude, didn’t care and went ahead anyway. This happened in front of the supposed “manager” Ummer Farooq, when I questioned him about his subordinate’s behaviour he did not bother to correct her and allowed her to do what she wants which clearly showed that they give preference to the employees over the customer.
I also saw them misbehave with another customer whose order they had messed up and when she was trying to tell them about it the staff was giggling and disrespecting her.
Instead of a professional environment that should be maintained in a restaurant the staff seems to be working as though they are chilling and hanging out in a place. I saw the manager being physically close and friendly with one of the female employees, something that didn’t seem very ethical.
Hoping they rectify whatever is going on here and get back to being a restaurant that is meant to provide good service...
