Expensive nonsense.!!!!

Firstly such an expensive place doesn't have dedicated valet, forget valet, no dedicated parking space. The front desk lady was absolutely rash and rude and unwelcoming. After bit of struggle, got some place to park and got seated ina cute corner with absolutely zero customers(which says the quality of this nonsense place).

Ambience is just okay, not upto the mark and not intersting at all.

The waiters are non responsive and made us go to them instead, to place the order. What a horrible shitshow!

Limited menu on domestic whiskey so you are forced to buy premium booze, to drink in cheap whisky and cocktail glasses (maybe they bought them from the flea market on the next church street. If you don't believe me checkout the pictures intagged along. Pubs with 1/4th price of this place offer drinks in more fancy glasses. Crockery units especially paper napkin holders are like ambur biriyani centres where they fold some tissues onto a metal bracket.

Now coming to food, we ordered XO prawns , chicken skewers to see the talent of the chef. Fortunately the quality of food was good and authentic to its name. However the portion sizes were disastrously small. So for ₹700 without tax, it is 4 pieces of prawn and ₹480 its 4 skewers of chicken.

Drinks are super expensive too...and some of the cocktails were unavailable due to non availablity of vermouth. What the heck...? that's not expected at premium pubs. Finally we ordered White wine sangria, LIT, and dewars 12 yrs whisky. Both the cocktails were good atleast the god showered some love there. But nothing justified the price.

The only thing that helped us for the short period there was the DJ. The man kept playing great tracks letting us forget these issues for a while and have some fun.

Dear Mirage management, please fire or re train your front executive to be more polite and welcoming for the pricetag you are wearing. Please keep some parking space for mirage only. Please improve your finger food portion sizes, if 6 people go together one portion should be able serve 6 for once atleast.

Most importantly, make all the drinks available.

Re train your waiters to be more attentive and alert. They should go to the customer not the...

We recently visited Mirage after hearing numerous positive reviews, and I must say, the ambience truly lives up to the hype. The setting is dark and moody, with thoughtfully designed indoor and outdoor terrace-style seating. Ambient lighting adds a cozy, intimate vibe, and there's ample seating to accommodate groups comfortably.

As for the food, we ordered peri peri french fries, prawns, chicken noodles, chicken skewers, and Tres Leches. Everything was flavorful and well prepared. The only issue was that the dishes didn’t exactly match their menu descriptions. For example, the menu listed a Matcha-dusted Tres Leches, but what we received was the standard version without any hint of matcha. That said, the food was definitely above average, and we appreciated the timely service and appealing presentation from the inside staff...prompt, professional, and courteous.

Unfortunately, the overall experience was marred by the behavior of the entrance staff, which ultimately brought my rating down to 4 stars. Several other reviews had mentioned this as well, and we encountered similar unpleasantness. The female staff member at the entrance came across as unwelcoming and dismissive—as if we were intruding rather than arriving as paying customers. We reached around 6:30–7:00 PM, well before some scheduled program they had at 9 PM (obviously we didn'tknow there was any program earlier) , and had no intention of staying late or drinking. There were other guests as well at that time so its not like they had completely closed the place. However, the attitude we received—such as being told to “walk in” twice in a curt manner whcih left a a very sour impression.

Whether this behavior is directed at specific guests or is a broader issue to all guests remains unclear, but it’s disappointing nonetheless. When guests are willing to spend ₹2000–₹3000 on food alone, a basic level of respect and hospitality is expected. Mirage should definitely address this concern with their entrance staff to ensure a welcoming experience for all.

Despite that, I still believe Mirage is a great spot to spend an evening and enjoy good food in a...

Disappointing Experience at a 21st Birthday Party Venue

I recently attended a 21st Birthday Party at, and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. Despite the potential that the venue seemed to hold, I found myself feeling disappointed by several aspects of the evening.

One of the first things that struck me was the repetitive music playing throughout the party. The lack of variety in the music selection made it difficult to fully enjoy the atmosphere and added an element of monotony to the event. As music often sets the tone for a celebration, this was a significant letdown.

Furthermore, I found the drink prices to be exorbitant, which detracted from the overall experience. Overpriced drinks can put a damper on any event, and in this case, it felt like an unnecessary added expense that took away from the enjoyment of the party.

Another issue I encountered was the overcrowding and lack of space on the dance floor. With too many tables crammed into the dance area, it made it challenging to move around freely and at least try and enjoy the music. Additionally, the presence of individuals smoking in close proximity to others was not only unpleasant was almost sickening.

Overall, while mirage had the potential to be a great location for a celebration, my experience at the 21st Birthday Party fell short of basic expectations. The combination of repetitive music, overpriced drinks, and poor layout detracted from what could have been a memorable evening.

I left the venue feeling disappointed and underwhelmed, and I hope that the management takes these criticisms into consideration to improve the overall experience for future events. It's a shame to see a venue with such potential fall short in delivering a truly enjoyable and memorable experience for its guests.

It short decide what the venue is a live dj and party place or sit down at your table and drink while three is a dj music playing music in the background. Trying to do both is a complete mess, and the door staff need to be more selective on the...

Lot of bouncers on the floor... sometimes give an overwhelming feeling. One point which was highly frustrating and unexpected from a place of this status and for which I have not just given the place 3 star instead of 5 star but for the same reason I would not visit here again. They have seperate outside area where smoking is allowed and an indoor non smoking area. The outside space is quite lovely and we did not opt for it just because it was smoking. But to my dismay, as soon the place started to fill up everyone in the indoor space also started smoking and there was no control on it from the management side. While this is not just illegal and a ballant overlook of COTPA( cigarette and other tobacco products acts) applicable in Karnataka, it is also not conducive for those who don't smoke or like the smell of it or are allergic to it. Sadly restaurant owners tend to overlook such ethical issues just to increase their profits. Otherwise a nice place in terms of location, aesthetics, music, space and choice of cocktails. Food is mainly Asian- Chinese / Thai / Oriental. Pricing for food is reasonably good. The cocktails are however overpriced as compared to many other similar places. The place starts filing up quickly post 10 pm so advance reservation is recommended.
