A Bite-Sized Adventure in Spice Overload!!
Well, what a culinary experience! If you’re someone who likes their food to punch you in the face with spice and leave you gasping for water, congratulations—you’ve found the right place! I genuinely have to applaud the restaurant for their creativity because it takes a special talent to make food this spicy and simultaneously shrink the portion sizes to bite-sized morsels. When I say bite-sized, I mean it—blink, and you’ll miss your meal. You might want to consider bringing your own magnifying glass if you actually want to see what you ordered.
The pictures on the food delivery app? Hilarious! Those generous, mouth-watering servings are pure fiction—probably taken from a Michelin-starred restaurant or conjured through AI. What arrived was the culinary equivalent of a practical joke: food so tiny, even a bird would be left unsatisfied. And the cherry on top? The dosa arrived without sambar! Yes, no sambar, folks. Apparently, that’s the “quirky tradition” of this establishment. Who needs dipping accompaniments with dosa, right? That’s just an unnecessary luxury—like ketchup with fries or oxygen to breathe.
To summarize, this restaurant is for those who enjoy being deceived by app pictures, love the thrill of eating searingly spicy food in microscopic portions, and find joy in discovering unexpected new customs like a dosa without sambar. Truly a place to remember—though I doubt I’ll be able to forget it anytime soon, considering the lingering fire in my mouth. Would I recommend it? Only if you...

I had the pleasure of dining at Namaste Hotel in Bengaluru, and I must say, the food was absolutely outstanding! The hotel’s restaurant offers a delightful culinary experience that perfectly blends authentic South Indian flavors with a variety of other cuisines to suit every palate.
The South Indian dishes were the highlight for me—each item was bursting with rich, traditional flavors. The dosa was perfectly crisp, the idlis were soft and fluffy, and the accompanying chutneys and sambar were fresh and flavorful. The attention to detail in the seasoning and presentation really stood out.
The breakfast buffet was another highlight, offering a wide selection of both Indian and continental options. From fresh fruits and juices to piping hot parathas and fluffy pancakes, everything was prepared with care and tasted incredibly fresh.
I also tried some of their North Indian and continental dishes, and they were equally impressive. The ingredients were fresh, the spices balanced, and the portion sizes generous.
What made the dining experience even better was the attentive and courteous staff, who ensured that every meal was served promptly and with a smile.
Overall, the food at Namaste Hotel is a must-try for anyone visiting Bengaluru. Whether you're a fan of traditional Indian cuisine or looking to explore different flavors, their menu has something for everyone. I can’t wait to return and indulge in their delicious...

OLD REVIEW: Yes. I mean it. First week of opening, my review was 5 🌟. I told them thanks for copying Taaza Thindi well for cleanliness, taste and washing. (Even though I didn't want them to copy the menu and dishes exactly same). Second time, with family- Good. Few things got changed. Vada became bit oily and masala dosa was not done properly.
Today again. Saw totally different things. Most of the guys having mask but kept below the mouth. (What's the use of that). The guy taking idli out from the idli stand not wearing the gloves. Saw the same guy cleaning that area with a cloth with same hand. The guy serving idli was doing 'hand beat' on the table. Just peeked in to washing area and saw not so good scene there. Dust on spoon (may be road construction). Masala dosa was not cooked like first time. Vada was oily (compared to first day which was crisp without oil).
5 to 4 and now 3 🌟. Actually I thought of giving 2 Star for the drop in quality. People may still eat and come. Was having food from Taaza Thindi for years. Except for the crowd, no difference in Taste and Hygiene.
Please improve... Don't want to see this standard especially when you started...
