I wish I could give a NO STAR. They are just not aware of concepts like 'Home delivery' or 'Customer Service'. We had been cheated twice and yes we were fools to order a home delivery the third time. Pizza was delivered after 3 hours, when we called for status update they say its on the way, and charged me full amount, my family member without my notice accepted and paid for the pizza, partially wrong order was delivered and pizzas were cold and already rubber, we had to throw it away, when we complained and told the manager about it he said please come over to the store will provide you 50% discount next time. After a month from no where I receive a feedback call when told Mr. Nitesh promised a complimentary order and gave me his personal number. I was actually impressed and we ordered 1 medium pizza and a portion of garlic bread (which was well within the last time faulty and late delivery bill) one guy calls us for the address and we learned the garlic bread was complimentary we asked him to check with Nitesh and THATS IT. there is no revert from any and Nitesh never answered our call. NO MORE PIZZA...

I placed an order online. Selected my location and wanted it to be delivered to my location. But after the payment i got a message that I have to collect it from the store. I called up the toll free no to change the preference of order delivery and not pick up. But the call centre denied to deliver it in spite of the fact that i was ready to bare the cost for delivery. I asked him to connect to a manager he denied. I asked him to connect to the store so i could directly request them but he denied. I asked him for the store number and he denied. On their website you do not have the store number. Pathetic service and i will never order from here.

Post update.. I go to the store to pick up my meal, store in charge tells me that the call centre agent cancelled my order while i clearely said i do not want to cancel. Again i had to stand n fight with the store in charge n get my order. Worst thing is i hated the pasta. Guys u need a better recipee.

The only good thing abt my order was the garlic bread which was nice n fresh....

Service standards are very low. The cleanliness is almost not existent. Toilet is in pathetic condition. When I went there, the tables were not cleaned(check the photos I have uploaded). They were like garbage. The person in cash counter and a lady to prepare food were only two people in the outlet. The cashier seemed to be the boss since he was showing utmost ego towards customer. Taste was ok, but I was unhappy about the service quality. Also being in basavangudi, you cannot show that attitude towards customers. It is considered as one of the most authentic place in Bangalore for quality food.

My suggestion will be, if you want to eat something near ashrama, choose Vidyarthi bhavan, SLV, Roti ghar, McDonald's (very next to this outlet, offers better service), udupi etc. Also there is a nearby Dominos, but the service there also is just average, not that great.
