I recently dined at a nearby restaurant, and I have mixed feelings about my experience. While the ambiance of the place is undoubtedly appealing, unfortunately, the food quality and service have taken a significant downturn since my initial visits.
The restaurant's ambiance is still a highlight, with a pleasant and inviting atmosphere that sets the stage for a nice meal. However, my excitement quickly dwindled as I delved into the menu.
The food, which used to be a reason to return, has become a source of disappointment. The dishes I ordered lacked the flavor and quality that I had come to expect. It's disheartening to see a place that once served delicious meals now struggling in the culinary department.
The service, which initially left me with a positive impression, has also taken a nosedive. During this visit, I encountered what can only be described as the worst service I've ever experienced. The staff seemed disinterested and unattentive, making it a struggle to even get basic requests fulfilled.
In conclusion, my recent visit to this restaurant was a far cry from the enjoyable experiences I had in the past. While the ambiance remains a strong point, the decline in food quality and the dismal service make it difficult to recommend this establishment. I hope the management takes steps to address these issues and restore the restaurant to its...

Went w/ family. 2 Adults + 2 Kids. Sunday night dinner.
Food: Malai tikka was hard & not properly cooked. Same with the boneless chicken biryani. Chicken was hard & not juicy at all. We were served smallest possible rayta quantity with a large biryani. They don't seem to serve saalan.
Service: One word - pathetic. Asked them (repeatedly) to serve biryani 1st & on priority as kids were hungry. They didn't come w anything for 40 mins. And after that served tikka. Dumped food on the table & didn't even bother to check if they had given us spoons (we had to ask for spoons repeatedly). Asked for extra rayta & nobody got it for another 15 mins. Finally complained to someone (supposedly the manager) who said sorry & went away. We had intention to order desserts but did not order looking at the service.
Ambience: Music was too loud for a family place. Interiors were okay but the music coupled with running around of waiters made it look like a dhaba / udupi.
Fun fact: They don't seem to use trays here. If you order juice or tea or ice cream, the waiter will just carry it in his hands directly. 😆
Conclusion: Stick to known names for biryani (meghana, nagarjuna, biriyani zone Kadugodi is also good). Don't fall for fake reviews & marketing gimmick around mughlai, awadhi,...
