Quality has come down significantly

I was a regular customer here for at least 25 years but for the last 3-4 years I did not get a chance to visit because of my location change. However, yesterday I visited this outlet in DVG road and was surprised to see and experience the below average quality, taste and hygiene here. I will explain more.....

1- quality- the Congress kadle beeja quality has totally lost its charm. I got atleast 5-8 nuts of poor quality in one fist full of congress (usually we get stinking nuts in a poor quality peanut lot) however in earlier days it was not so. Before the nuts were so premium and of " A " grade quality.

2- I took capsicum puffs and it was rubbery in texture and lost its taste and juice. It was re heated in microwave and given. In the early days, it was just fun and grace to have capsicum puffs here. I even asked the store keeper about the time of preparation of the puffs and he said it came the same morning but his answer and reaction from him was not convincing.

3- hygiene - people were eating puffs and cakes biting them from their hand after eating but without washing their hands, they were touching other food items there and the store keeper had no control and also not interested to check them as well. He was just ok with that. In fact, he only asked them to see and pick whatever they wanted from the rack.

TOTALLY YUKKKKKKK...

BRAHMIN'S BAKERY- YOU HAVE A LEGACY OF QUALITY AND HYGIENE.. THA WAS BECAUSE I HAVE SEEN THE OWNER SITTING THERE ALL THE TIME. NOW SOME ONE ELSE WHO IS NOT ACCOUNTABLE FOR ANYTHING IS SITTING THERE.
