Not really a problem with the food, but the service of this outlet is absolutely horrible. Even after having 8 different pancake grills to make them on, the staff choose to take their own sweet time to make the offline orders, regardless of whether there are 10 customers, or just one. I’ve waited 25 minutes just for two waffles. On top of that, they prioritize online orders more than offline, the last two times they said dine-in is not an option and takeaway from the store will take an hour. I recently ordered the Kiki & Oreo cream Waffles and the Biscoff Sundae from Belgian Waffles, and overall, it was a delightful experience.
