The Iconic Theobroma Patisserie, the country’s much loved patisserie and cafe opened its doors in namma Bengaluru finally ! Theobroma in Greek means 'Food of the Gods’....Definitely to please the dessert-lovers of the city.
Opened three outlets - at Indiranagar, Koramangala and Vittal Mallya Road - the fourth one at Jayanagar will follow shortly.
Got a chance to visit at Indiranagar - The cafe is really well designed and in a quiet environment....CLASSY PLACE. Welcoming ambience, awesome food followed by yummy pastries for dessert and top-class service to boot. It looks like a desert shop but their savoury items are amazing too! I Quite a wide range of menu to choose from.
You know what's pure foodgasm ? I had it! Theobromo has the aesthetically pleasing desserts ever ! They have something for every tastebuds. Everything is very organized and decorated. Read moreLocated in the heart of Bangalore, Theobrama is a delightful pastel-themed patisserie that specializes in delectable desserts. Exuding a cozy and inviting atmosphere, it's the perfect place to unwind with friends or enjoy a quiet afternoon indulging in sweet treats.
During my recent visit, I sampled their almond brownie and chocolate hazelnut praline pastry.
The almond brownie was a delightful treat with a satisfying almond crunch that perfectly complemented the richness of the chocolate. The sweetness was expertly balanced, allowing the flavors to shine through and creating a truly enjoyable experience.
As for the chocolate hazelnut praline pastry, it was a heavenly combination of chocolate and hazelnut. The chocolate was velvety and decadent, while the hazelnut praline filling was creamy and luscious. Each layer of the pastry was light and delicate, adding to the overall texture and enhancing the flavors.
I've also heard rave reviews from a friend about their vanilla blueberry muffins, which are said to be to die for.
Overall, my experience at Theobrama was delightful, and I found myself savoring every bite. I can't wait to return and sample more of their delightful creations. Considering the exceptional quality of their desserts, I would wholeheartedly recommend Theobrama to any dessert lover...
Read moreHave been ordering online from the store and very happy with it. Theobrama was know to us for years from the day they opened their store at Mumbai airport and we were happy to see them open up in the city.
The worst experience was yesterday at the Indiranagar store. We visited the store last evening to pick a few stollen and other seasonal delicacies as we would have to wait another year to relish them.
Upon arrival the security didn’t allow us to enter the store citing COVID protocol. I read the instructions at the entrance and agreed to wait till a few customers left the store. A couple exited and it gave us an opportunity to get in, but I just sent my wife to go pick what we intended to buy. Which means the store is now full and they can’t allow others like they did stop us. Shocking, that it wasn’t the case, the security allowed a couple right after my wife entered the store and a group of 5 within a minute even when the store was full and not following the protocol that was cited to us stopping us from entering. Not sure what judgement or discrimination was used to deny entry to us but not others. Will definitely not visit the store anymore and would like the public to know this sick attitude and behaviour of the...
