Coffee cupping or coffee tasting is the practice of observing the sensory characteristics and aromas of brewed coffee. These roast their coffee in a custom build Diedrich Roaster which is engineered in Idaho, USA.

They have a brewing guides like French Press, Syphon, Cold Brew, Chemex, Pour Over, Aeropress & Moka Pot. You can ask them anytime about the learning & mechanism process.

Menu had varities like Beverage - Manual Brew, Classics, Flavoured Cappuccino, Flavoured Latte, Iced Coffee, Cold Brew & Non Coffee. Food - Toasts, Sandwiches, Flat Bread, Quick Bites, Salads, Bagels & Batters.

I ordered • Vietnamese Shakerato - Cinnamon & Condensed milk shaken with Ice. This is my all time favourite.

• Shakshuka - Middle eastern baked eggs cooked in tomato pepper stew. This item was excellent & delicious.

• Scotch Eggs with Minged Chicken Sauce - Deep fried eggs wrapped with minced chicken. This was outstanding dish from the Egg menu.

• Cream Cheese Bagel - Toasted bagel with generous amount of fresh cream cheese. Bagel was bit hard. I feel if it would be much soft it will taste really good.

• Fried Oreos with Ice-cream - Deep fried Oreos coated with pancake batter drizzled with condensed milk & cocoa powder and a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

Overall Third Wave Coffee Roasters is the best option for much of community kind cafes. This was the 4th outlet from Third Wave Coffee Roasters. I wish all the best luck for upcoming business years.

As the staff explained, they want the people to experience the real taste of coffee and the not the commercial, creamy and sugary ones available in all the joints in the market. They have many coffee making methods such as the : French Press Pour Over / Chemex Inverted Aeropress No Gear coffee

Each method produces a different taste of coffee with different concentrations that matches all requirements.

This franchise is a refreshing introduction to the hot beverages market in the city.

The food here was delicious. MUST TRY THE FRIED OREOS WITH ICE CREAM AND THE SHAKSHUKA. Their menu has a wide variety and hence, there is something for everyone.

Their minimalist interiors bring a soothing effect to the place, making the ambience amazing. The place has positive productive vibes and one can sit there for a long time to get work done.
