Okay let’s get this straight ! I am not rating you guys for your outlets. I’m rating you guys for the price you put for anything people buy from you. As if it’s not enough that you are doing good in the market that you go onto increasing the price of anything we buy !!!!! I am amazed with the coffee. Kudos. Food? Well I like how you guys look at in a health perspective but seriously?! The quantity is less and you all charge a bomb for it!!!! To make things worst, I have been a regular customer ordering from you online. You have increased the pricing of the food so much for NO reason. Can you all get anymore bad???!!!! You have to severe your ties with Swiggy??? Maybe you had to. But I’m no longer your customer. Unless you all stop overpricing small things. Please do understand this comes from a place of disappointment and not hate. Like I said, I’ve been a regular customer with you but no more unless you understand the concept of reasonable. Located in a busy street right next to the signal with no parking spots, better to park in the street adjacent to lake.

Visited this franchise of Blue tokai(around 945pm) to see how this branch differs from jayanagar or jpnagar branch but honestly was a disappointment 👎🏼 Ordered Vietnamese coffee but was served in a take away glass, already stirred 🤷🏻‍♂️ why? We visit the place to savour our coffee..every bit! Asked the waiter to get it in a glass, for which he was confused but transferred the same to glass and got it...and without any coasters...guess the staff wanted to windup for the day and not interested to serve customers anymore!

If that's the case, kindly change the timings to 10pm closing and not open til 11pm

Also the quantity seemed a bit less compared to jayanagar branch!

Hope the staff/the cafe learn from their mistake...
