I am writing this review with immense frustration and deep disappointment in Aubree bakery's customer service. My recent experience with them has been nothing short of a nightmare, leaving me utterly dismayed and upset.

Let me start by expressing my utmost dissatisfaction with the quality of my last order. The cake (Order ID: 66333) I received was an absolute disaster. It was not only inedible but also appeared to have been stored in less than ideal conditions. The spoiled state of the cake was appalling, and it was far from the standard I had come to expect from Aubree. To add insult to injury, the cake ruined the entire event I had planned with great anticipation.

In an attempt to resolve this issue, I promptly returned the cake, hoping that Aubree would rectify the situation and restore my faith in their bakery. However, the customer service I have encountered throughout this ordeal has been beyond frustrating. Instead of addressing my concerns and providing a clear resolution, Aubree's response has been a monotonous refrain of "we tried reaching out to you." It is both infuriating and insulting to receive such generic and dismissive replies, as if my legitimate complaints and distress don't matter.

In fact, I am so appalled by the level of customer service I have received that I am willing to share my entire WhatsApp chat conversation with Aubree. This chat clearly demonstrates the ineptitude and lack of empathy displayed by their support team. It showcases their repeated failures to address my concerns, offer a satisfactory solution, or even show a basic understanding of the severity of the situation. I am willing to provide this evidence to anyone who wishes to see just how abysmal Aubree's customer service truly is.

I had entrusted Aubree with the important task of making my child's monthly birthdays special, with plans to continue this tradition for their highly anticipated first birthday. However, this experience has shattered my confidence in Aubree's ability to deliver on their promises. The negligence displayed in both the quality of the cake and the customer service has not only ruined my trust but also dampened my excitement for future celebrations.

I demand a swift and satisfactory resolution to this matter. Aubree needs to take immediate responsibility for their shortcomings, provide appropriate compensation for the complete letdown, and restore my faith in their bakery. As a loyal customer, I deserve better treatment and genuine efforts to rectify the damage caused by their incompetence.

Regrettably, unless Aubree demonstrates a genuine commitment to rectifying this situation, I can no longer trust them with my business. It deeply saddens me to write this review, as I had held Aubree in high regard, but my experience demands that I share my frustration and warn others about the lackluster service and disappointment they may encounter.

I urge potential customers to think twice before placing their trust in Aubree bakery. They have shown a complete disregard for customer satisfaction and have left me feeling deeply upset...

Very disappointed with this place for the second time. The first time was my moms bday I ordered red velvet cheesecake which coated me around 3500 for 1.5kg cake and they ended up sending altogether a different flavour of red velvet chocolate raspberry with thick layer of frosting when I had very clearly mentioned I need just a butter cream spray.

The second time is day before yesterday 17oct2019. I ordered for German chocolate cake with coconut pecan frosting which costed me 1200 for 0.5kg cake and i even confirmed if they have this flavour. Upon confirmation I ordered this cake . When it was delivered it was very disappointing to see such crude job where in place of frosting they have added coconut shavings and whole pecan as is.

I even enquired about this issue and the response I received is will check with the chef and sorry for the inconvinience. We as customers rely of places like these to order cakes for special occasions cause we are not masters of fancy cake making.. If professional places like these make such blunders and just end by saying sorry then I would rather prefer to bake a cake myself and feel sorry than to pay for it and be disappointed.

I recommend the crowd to not reply on this place for any special occasion cakes. Even after the first disappointment I still gave it a try again for this place cause I have been seeing status updates of happy customer but I would say not to fall for just marketing ideas and get disappointed like me the second time.

I've placed orders with Aubree for two consecutive years, and unfortunately, my experience has been less than satisfactory both times. During the first order, the cake was not delivered on time, which was quite disappointing. Then, on my second order, despite sharing the correct name via WhatsApp, the cake arrived with an incorrect name on it. What's more frustrating is that Aubree's response to these issues has been less than ideal. Instead of taking responsibility and rectifying their mistakes, they provided excuses.

It's crucial to understand that occasions like these are meant for celebration, where punctuality in delivery and getting the name right on the cake is of utmost importance. Regrettably, both times, Aubree fell short of meeting these basic expectations. As a result, I have decided not to place any future orders with them.

Additionally, I must mention that the taste of their cakes is not particularly unique or exceptional. Given the relatively high price range of 4k-5k for a cake, one would expect both exceptional taste and beautifully designed cakes. However, I believe there are other brands in the market that can offer similar tastes with more attractive cake designs. Even local cake designers often exhibit a higher level of professionalism than Aubree.

In summary, my two consecutive disappointing experiences with Aubree, coupled with their less-than-exceptional cake taste and designs, have led me to conclude that there are better alternatives available in the market. Therefore, I won't be ordering from Aubree again in the...
