Thanks for feeding us in the worst possible way any restaurant could ever do. I could give a negative rating of 5 star if i could but since Google has a policy of giving atleast 1 star i have to adhere to Google policies.
Ambience: The space was very small and there was no dedicated waiter for our table. All the waiters who were available looked confused and they didn't know what to serve and who to serve.
Food: Options were very less. We were given 6 starters in total 3 veg and 3 non veg. Rajma Tikki (good),Malai Paneer Tikka(good), Chicken tikka(completely undercooked, the masala didnot even soak into the meat and they served it just like that),baby corn and veggies tikka(the worst starter i have tasted ever), Fish kabab(was good), and Egg fry was average.
There was no chicken gravy in main course and no mutton starter in the starters which is basic in every restaurant. The choice of main courses were very scarce and not much to choose from.
Desserts: Even though there were plenty of deserts the only thing good there was icecream since it was a readymade item.
In the entire visit the best tastiest thing given to us was bottled packaged water from Bisleri which was charged to us at a cost of 65/- when the label was saying its 20rs.
When we asked the biller about why bottled water was charged at 65/- they gave us a huge discount of 5% on the bill (which was the equal amount of the water bottles)
My over all experience was very bad at this restaurant. and I am assuming the below reviews are fake to the core who ever said this...
Read moreWe chose Zest for our team dinner because we had a very pleasant experience there last year, but unfortunately, this visit was highly disappointing. The food quality was inconsistent, while some dishes, like the fish and mutton, were enjoyable, others, such as the paneer, were barely edible. These variations made the meal feel uneven and underwhelming. Considering the excellent experience we had previously, we had expected a consistently high standard across all dishes, but sadly, this time the overall dining experience felt average at best.
More importantly, the most concerning aspect of our visit was the pricing of the drinks. We ordered Sprite and Coke cans, which are normally priced around 35–40rs each, as verified on Instamart, Zepto, and Blinkit. To our shock, Zest charged 200rs per can, nearly five times the usual price. This level of overcharging is unacceptable and feels exploitative, showing a disregard for customer trust. The lack of transparency and fairness in pricing was extremely frustrating and disappointing.
Overall, our experience was not only unsatisfactory in terms of food but also deeply frustrating due to the financial exploitation. As a team, we have decided not to return to Zest for any future gatherings. It is disheartening to see a restaurant take advantage of its customers in this way, and we hope management will reconsider its practices and demonstrate greater respect for paying customers. This visit has left a lasting negative impression and was, regrettably, one of the worst dining experiences we have...
Read moreI recently had the pleasure of celebrating my birthday at Zest with my partner, and it truly turned out to be a memorable experience. From the moment we stepped in, the ambience struck me as something special—elegant, luxurious, and yet very warm and welcoming. The interiors are thoughtfully designed, creating just the right atmosphere for a perfect dining experience, whether for a celebration or simply a relaxed meal.
One of the highlights for me was the quality of service. Zest assigns a dedicated server to each table, which makes the experience feel very personal and attentive. Our server was polite, helpful, and ensured that every detail was taken care of, right from helping us with menu suggestions to serving dishes promptly. It added a touch of exclusivity that made the evening feel even more special.
Coming to the food, I absolutely loved the taste and presentation. Every dish was prepared with finesse, and you could tell that a lot of care goes into the flavors and quality. It was not just a meal, but an experience to relish.
We booked our table through Zomato and also got a 50% discount, which made the entire dining even more delightful and value for money.
I would most definitely recommend Zest for anyone looking to enjoy a luxurious ambience, great food, and top-notch service—be it for lunch, dinner, or a special...
