Like Burgers? This is THE PLACE! Wow!
This place is just awesome. As much as I like Al-Bek! Someone said, close your eyes and just drop you finger on the menu. Order whatever it points to. It's that good...
I have posted the menu cards photos as well just for you to have a look or premeditate what you are going to eat. Not that great when it comes to smoothies or other beverages but you can definitely give them a go.
Add on is the Free Egg Mayonnaise. A group of four can gallop a complete bottle of it as it is one of the greatest mayo you will ever eat.
Facts: Taste: Burgers and appetizers are out of the world given the price. It is too delectable to even imagine having something like that before. All American Cheeze Burger, Truffles Special, Hotty, Crispy-cross and list goes on but the tastes gets better than one another. I'm drooling again while typing.
Ambiance: There are two outlets in this street. One is the main bigger one than the other which is just a block away. The main is a little better with subtly lighting and wooden finishing on the floor, pillars, wall-hangings etc. The incandescent bulb just adds up to it. Sitting space is there but if you are going in peak hours as in on Weekends and around 7-9 P.M., be prepared to stand in the queue as you are not going to get any seats. People prefer the main one just because of the ambiance. The second is smaller and has an open sitting space as well as closed one. Food served at both the places are one and the same. The look and feel of the smaller outlet is little different with pleasant wallpapers and posters and catchy phrases written on the top of the side walls. This is also quite good I would say. The thing is just have two persons with you to go and check in either places. Prefer the main one but if it is full and the second one has space, run to it as it will soon be occupied before you even bat your eyelid.
Condiments: They also have cakes and pastries. According to reliable sources, the red velvet is one of the best they offer.
Price: Given the kind of food, it is very reasonable.
Service: Top notch. Waiters are polite and humble. They even cut the burgers into half if you ask them to for as many burgers. The order comes in time and you don't have to kill time much even when it is heavily crowded.
There is a Keventers shop right outside it. A big plus.
Now you see, why 5/5. Devour yourselves into...
Read moreTruffles (St. Mark's Road): The Apex of Casual Gastronomy, Tempered by Popularity Truffles at St. Mark's Road holds an unassailable position in Bangalore’s casual dining scene, primarily due to its unwavering commitment to gastronomic consistency and superb value proposition. The establishment excels in delivering a vibrant, high-energy American cafe experience that consistently draws a dedicated local following. Compliments: The Experiential Zenith The menu is a testament to focused excellence; the signature burgers and decadent desserts are not merely food but culinary benchmarks that define the category. Every element—from the patty’s juiciness to the final dessert's creamy texture—is executed with remarkable precision, validating the restaurant’s legendary status. The cozy, buzzing ambiance further elevates the casual setting, transforming a quick bite into a memorable social liturgy. The quality-to-price ratio is exceptional, justifying its status as a frequent destination for epicurean indulgence. Operational Notes: The Logistical Friction The central point of operational friction is the mandatory, substantial waiting period, which routinely breaches the 30-minute demarcation. While this wait is an unintended corollary of the venue's intense popularity, it constitutes a significant temporal investment for the patron. For an establishment of this caliber, the queue management matrix becomes a critical focus; patrons must manage this pre-meal deceleration and plan their schedule accordingly, as immediate seating remains an anomaly rather than a norm. Verdict Truffles offers a compelling and delicious experience that sits at the very top of its segment. The quality of the cuisine and the palpable energy of the place render the inevitable waiting time a necessary transactional cost for accessing such consistent brilliance. It remains a five-star location that demands one’s patience, but wholly...
Read moreFew restaurant in Bangalore that I would rate 5/5 even when it has few minor problems. Few places my family loves to visit or deliver at home. Few places I order while at work. We just love Truffles.
Located on St.Marks Road below Nandini Deluxe restaurant.
Pay and Park Road side curb parking. No vallet parking available. You will find it hard to find parking for any vehicle on this street. It is one of the prime and busy streets of Bangalore.
This is one of the restaurant in Bangalore which is crowded throughout the day in any of the outlets of Bangalore. This sentence says it all. When people throng the place means it is special and loved.
Since it is crowded, you will have to wait to enter. Wait time is around 10min.
Paperless menu. You scan the bar code and order. Hastle free ordering. Most of the dishes have its detailed description. Some dishes have the photo displayed.
Very quick service. Your food would be at your service in about 10-15min, which is commendable with such a huge crowd and variety of dishes.
Restaurant is neatly maintained. The ambience is good. Has a capacity of around 80-100 people. Excellent crowd. You will find people of all age groups here. My grandmother too likes some dishes out - tandoori Chicken steak being her favorite.
I would recommend you try most of the dishes . Try a different dish each time you visit. I do not want to mention my fav as I am still trying out different dish each time i visit. I love each one everytime I order.
Its worth the money for the quality and portion served for thr price . You would not be disappointed. You take a dish and you are sorted. When you go in group, try order different dishes and taste the others too.
