Baking is an art and the baker, Shalini, has indeed showcased her talent through the beautiful cake that I received from her. She had baked a wonderful fondant cake that looked exactly like a basket of dimsums coming out from the kitchen of an Asian chef.

The interior of the cake had two layers of chocolate sponge. The layers were separated by pure chocolate melted and set to perfection. The dimsums on the surface had a thick chocolate filling too. The finishing was perfect. And, the entire cake was edible barring the chopsticks.

The presentation was perfect and the taste was good too. Overall, it was a good cake to celebrate my 4K Followers Fam on Instagram. Thank you, Shalini, for putting in so much effort and being a part of my celebration. It was a perfect tribute to a Food Influencer.
