Extremely Disappointed – Worst Paneer Tikka & Poor Service

We had one of the most disappointing dining experiences here. We placed our order at 9:45 PM, but by 10:25 PM, our food had still not arrived. Despite repeatedly asking for the manager, he showed up quite late.

When we inquired about the delay in the main course, we were given a bizarre explanation – “Your starter was on the table, so we delayed the main course.” Honestly, the paneer tikka served was one of the worst we’ve ever had – lacking in taste, texture, and freshness.

This is a multi cuisine restaurant. They have a lot of variety in the menu. Portion and quality of food is standard. They are mainly offering Indian and Indian-Chinese cuisine, there are a few other options like fish and chips, chicken ala kiev, pasta etc. but many of the dishes are not available. They have a nicely designed dessert menu but only tutty fruity icecrem was available.
