Visited this place today with my friends. I have to say the ambience is good. Well, I also have to say that only the ambience is good.

We just ordered a few drinks and desserts. Turkish Latte Hot White Coffee - My friend says it was 'bakwas'. Well definitely it felt like a watery rabdi that has been heated. If you want to try something different, please do. *Speculaas Latte Cold White Coffee - It was good but not worth the price. Also the biscoff taste was not that evident. *Belgian Double Chocolate Mocha - The taste was alright albeit I had high expectations because of Belgian chocolate. The sweetness is perfect for my taste buds. *Nutella Overload Fudgy Brownie - Fudgy yes, overload no. I like my brownies warm and gooey. The taste was alright but again it wasn't hot. *NY Style Baked Cheesecake - I love NY Baked Cheesecake tbh and there are very very few places where I like them. It wasn't what I expected.

Let's come to the staff, well when I told them how I like my drinks, less sweet, this was while asking them about Belgian Double Chocolate Mocha, the staff told me I should take my gear back and order something else. Even though he might have tried sarcasm, I did not like his way. Instead he could have been polite and asked me politely to try something else if I wanted less sweet. Anyway I did order the same beverage, the sweetness was by my taste buds. Thanks for that. Secondly they were taking a lot of time, and they gave the excuse of being short on staff. Well, agreed. We were running late so we asked them to cancel the NY Cheesecake and bring us the bill. They apologised and told us that the Cheesecake took time as they were making it fresh for us but let me tell you it wasn't fresh at all.

So definitely the first experience wasn't good. Might visit to try some food items later. It's a bit pricey for the quality they offer, but if you are a person who likes a good ambience and all things pink,...

Food quality just woow🤌🏻♥️ we loved it so much that we order twice for “Vegetariana pizza” idk if I wrote the correct spelling or not 😅please excuse me on this and also the coffee was too good 😍 ambience very pink beautifully decorated with flowers and other items in one simple way to describe woow quite eye smoothing and aesthetic. also they serve us on time. I just don’t understand why there is a problem with female stuffs ? They are terrible 😢 honestly one of them don’t even know how to smile omg her face is they someone just forced her to serve us, after giving service she was gossiping with her colleagues about us What is this ? Which doesn’t really matter to us but one of the female stuff was there on count where regular drinking jugs were kept she was wearing black tunic staring on us and on our table as if she was observing our actions if what is this ? 😢 we aren’t went there to steal or something even when we are splitting our bills and taking out our money 🤨 I just what to know the reason for her kind observation😕 I should have ask her name really so that I could mention here. Fine, also when me and my friend when to count to place orders for beverages and cake they female attendee who was present there taken the order with care and then she mentioned “ Okay I have noted the orders you can go “ ☹️ like she could have mentioned- “Ma’am I have noted the orders we will serve you on your table thank you”. Honestly, I don’t really care about this but my objective to write about this just to share advise to respective owner that … owner might need to take care about this issue about female attendees . They are not at all courageous, friendly nor have proper understanding of how to handle...

Another day, another new cafe. This time in salt lake, near City centre. The decor , as the name suggests is extremely well made and pink. That might appeal to a lot of you, but maybe not to everyone. The cafe is average at best. We didn't know before going that this is a vegan cafe, and it offers extensive Jain options as well. I'd recommend their hot beverages and the pizzas. The cheese they use was of great quality, easily among the best in Kolkata. However that's where the pros end. This place has a lot of budget for interior decoration, but the staff felt quite untrained. There is a group always near the counter but it's impossible to get anyone's attention if you're sitting in the corner.

Sexism check : BIG fail. They will not even acknowledge your existence if you're female. I constantly got asked whether I liked the food , or the order, and even thanked on the way out, but my partner got completely ignored. (I'll start this series with a new name and shame policy for places with blatant sexism)

Go to this place if you are vegan or want vegan options, you won't be disappointed.

Now coming to the baked goods, I tried the cheesecake which was subpar. The majority of it was extremely crumbly, and not smooth . Which is the major characteristic of a NY baked cheesecake. I probably got one which was prepared a while ago, as it tasted great but the texture let it down.

Might be crowded so avoid peak rush hours.

Pricing is on the higher side for average cafe food. Expect around 1200...
