Read moreMomo I Am is a Chinese restaurant that serves up a range of flavourful and unique dishes. I recently had the chance to try several items from their menu, including the chicken and pork Tibetan momos, chicken baos, teriyaki chicken salad, cheese cake, Szechuan noodle fried rice, and a chicken side dish with fish garlic as a starter. Overall, I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of the food and the experience at Momo I Am.
Starting with the momos, both the chicken and pork options were cooked to perfection and packed with flavor. The filling was juicy and well-seasoned, and the dumpling wrappers were soft and chewy. I particularly enjoyed the pork momos, which had a nice balance of savory and slightly sweet flavors.
Moving on to the chicken baos, they were fluffy and steamed to perfection. The chicken filling was tender and flavorful, and the accompanying sauce added a nice touch of sweetness.
The teriyaki chicken salad was a refreshing and healthy option, with a generous serving of grilled chicken on top of fresh greens, cherry tomatoes, and cucumber. The dressing was light and tangy, tying the flavors together nicely.
For dessert, the cheese cake was a standout. It was rich and creamy, with a subtle tanginess that perfectly complemented the sweetness of the cake. It was definitely a delicious way to end the meal.
The Szechuan noodle fried rice was a flavorful and filling dish, with just the right amount of spice. The chicken side dish with fish garlic was also a winner, with tender pieces of chicken cooked in a fragrant garlic sauce that had just the right amount of umami flavor.
Overall, I would highly recommend Momo I Am to anyone looking for flavorful and unique Chinese cuisine at a reasonable price. It's a great option for those who enjoy the flavors of mainland China but want to try something new. The service was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was cozy and welcoming. I can't wait to go back and try more dishes...

If you're a fan of Thai cuisine or even if you're just looking for a new culinary adventure, I highly recommend indulging in the Green Thai Curry. Let me assure you, this dish is an absolute masterpiece of flavors that will transport your taste buds to a realm of pure delight.
The moment the plate arrived, I was immediately captivated by the vibrant green color of the curry, signaling the fresh and aromatic ingredients used in its preparation. The first spoonful transported me to a realm of exotic spices and fragrant herbs that blended together in perfect harmony. The balance of flavors was impeccable - the creaminess of the coconut milk, the subtle tanginess of lime, and the gentle heat from the green chilies were an orchestra of taste.
What truly sets this Green Thai Curry apart is the expertly cooked vegetables and tender, succulent meat (or tofu for the vegetarians). The vegetables were perfectly crisp, with each bite offering a burst of freshness. The choice of protein, whether chicken, beef, shrimp, or tofu, was cooked to perfection, absorbing the rich flavors of the curry while retaining its own juiciness.
The curry paste itself was a work of art, with a delicate balance of lemongrass, galangal, cilantro, and other Thai spices. The chef's expertise in crafting this paste was evident, as it captured the essence of Thai cuisine, transporting me to the streets of Bangkok...
