Cafe Itallo — Restaurant in undefined

I came to the cafe very hungry and asked them to give me a bowl of cornflakes with cold milk first and then would order the rest. They first came and gave hot milk inspire specifically mentioning I wanted cold milk, this happened the last time I had come also and I wasn’t wanting to come here but thought I’d give it a second chance. As I ate the cornflakes there was hair in it and still made no issue and asked them to give me another one. So they told it would take 5 minutes because they’ve just ordered it as it was out of stock. We waited patiently but then, (the first cornflakes was honey cornflakes with almond) They then gave another dry cornflakes and I heard the staff also saying to just put some nuts on top so we don’t understand it’s not the other cornflakes. They just put some granola on top to make it look like it was the same cornflakes. We told them to take it back and don’t want it. We then showed the English breakfast video and ordered it, with sausage and there was no sausage and ham. I mentioned it to them and the staff was asking me didn’t you want ham? I told I never mentioned ham. However I was impressed they gave me a sausage immediately, but truly disappointed again my second time. I was in Kochi for only 2 days. Seeing their pictures and reviews I went through so much trouble to go to this place in between my jam packed schedule. But the food was so extremely disappointing for how expensive it is. I literally couldn't eat more than 2 bites so I packed it to go. Cheap restaurants have "white sauce" pasta they sell for Rs.150 where the white sauce is literally just cream and flour. Real white sauce is made with either milk or cream, different cheeses and seasonings. Flour is only meant to be used as a thickener, it shouldn't be the main ingredient of the sauce when you charge rs.450 for a plate.

And their parking lot is literally just an abandoned lot with 0 maintenance. There were random scary looking men hanging around smoking and drinking. I was honestly terrified to leave my car there and walk to the...

I have never in my life come across such loot by a restaurant. There can be absolutely no reasoning one can expect for such low quantity for wallet ripping prices.

The so called Agilo Olio prawns Pasta costing Rs 600 came in a soup paper cup containing 4 small prawns and spaghetti less than half filled which even a child can gulp in 3 teaspoons.

The Lasagne tasted was sour as if it was made from rotten tomatoes and was cold, it smelt so bad that I felt like puking at the first mouth.

Then average cold sausages that tasted worse than than those packeted frozen ones, again all cold with some tomato ketchup poured over

The soup again so cold that after tasting the above 3, have left untouched - Even if the food is paid, the tummy is mine so got to take care.

Will never ever order from this...
