Oh my cake — Restaurant in Kerala

I had a blueberry cheese cake as a dine in order and it had a strand of hair stuck on the outer covering of plastic film the cake had and I have shown that to them and they gave another peace of cake and I started to eat that then I found again a strand of hair at this time not from the outer covering but from the inside of cake. I had already ate the half of that cake when I found out suddenly I spit out the remaining particles of that cake from my mouth.Then after paying the bill I have shown the condition of cake and the manager whomsoever he claim that he is the manager of that shop he didn't even say a sorry he had an arrogant behavior and face expression eventhough I had evidence to show right in front of them .The cheesecake was baked and hard as rock so it really impossible to put a hair in that cake .He was throwing attitude that I have placed a hair inside of that cake .Had a really bad experience from this shop .It is a clear breach of hygienic measures .It was already evening and I am not a native so I had to leave that place to my home If I had time I would have file a complaint to the food safety officer. If you guys are failing to keep up to the hygienic measures you realy have to shut down the shop. This incident has taken place about two weeks from now my phone was not working at that time so I am reviewing now...

I had a pretty amazing experience with OhMyCake. They were very receptive to the inputs I was giving for my custom cake order and they were constantly available for any quick queries that I had. Payment process is also seamless and no hiccups in the promptness either. I liked the professional attitude displayed and most importantly, the cake itself was simply delicious. Its my absolutely favorite cake of theirs - the belgian chocolate cake. I would highly recommend it. I had it ordered for my brother's birthday 4 days in advance as a 3D football cake. There was so much attention to detail paid for my design template. Everyone at the party including the birthday boy was absolutely thrilled. I'm giving this a four star simply because I still feel that delivery service should be something that's covered here, especially for 3D cakes and provide ice packaging. Also, there could be more variety on the menu. Whatever cakes are there currently are absolutely delicious though. Updates: we got a call on 19th from Oh my cake wherein they conveyed the mix-up in cake base from their part. They offered the tirumsu cake which they usually prepare the right way. Offcourse this new cake won't compensate the mess up happened on our birthday. However I would like to comment on the taste part. The taste of the cake was much better compared to the old one. What I liked from their part is acceptance to their mistakes and willingness to correct.

Feedback : tiramisu cake which we had ordered (order number400000161). The finish and the presentation was excellent. However don't order this cake if you are looking for a classic tiramisu. This cake is made of biscuits. we were getting biscuit taste. They have used biscuit to soak in coffee and that should not be the case. We have tasted better and excellent tiramisu here in Kochi and this cake taste was not at all good mainly due to the biscuit taste. Had I know it made of biscuit I would have never ordered that paying so much. I will not order this...
