Karthika Residency — Hotel in Kerala

The advantage is that, it's very near Ernakulam Junction Railway Station East Entrance. It's hardly a furlong away by walk and takes around 5 minutes.

The hotel lodging is somewhat okay, but something is missing. It's got no vibes, maybe it's that. Around 6-7 cars can be parked with difficulty in the cramped parking space.

It's around 50 feet inside the Karshaka Road. The Reception area is way too small.

The Hotel looks a little old. AC works fine though a small one, a bit old and overused.

The cots are really old, but the beds and sheets are all neat and maintained well.

The furniture again, is really old. Breakfast was not available though they have a restaurant.

Bathroom is okay and cold water is available in plenty. No hot water.

Lighting inside room has no luxurious feel but it's okay for a night stay....

We'd had a really bad experience especially considering the pricing of each room. Since the climate was good we opted for a non-AC room. The only difference is we won't be turning on the AC even though the room had AC. The way they've maintained the room, the bathroom(the western closet was very uncomfortable to sit as its too thin and it hurts)

The room service was just fine, the towels provided to us were really dirty. Thank God we didn't stay for the whole night, as we were there just for few hours n left.

The only plus for the hotel is, how near it is to the railway station. You hardly have to walk for 5-10 minutes from the railway station. Also, the metro is nearby, it is walkable considering the climate, as it might take 10-15mins to get...

Washroom stinks..food horrible..buffet breakfast is of no use..rooms were like as if m staying in lodge..junior staff was so rude and last but not d least staff turned off the centralised air conditioner of my room at 3 am in nyt nd when I asked dem dis in morning so dey told dats our rule and that was not told to me at the tym of check in as I paid for ac room so who are they to turn it off without my permission bt dey are in sum othrr eorld of there own and dey don give damm to guest comfort .. I ll not recommend dis hotel...
