Positives : Valet parking, they have multi level parking which can accommodate 22 cars. Beyond which I hope they have some arrangement. Food Quality : Decent and no complaints. Tasty. Time between order and Serving : Served within 10 mts. Atmosphere lively

Neutral : Beer @ 250 for a 330 ml bottle + 14.5% Tax ( they don't serve 650 ml ) Indian Alcohols @ Rs. 440 / 60ml + 14.5% Tax Mutton Dishes @ Rs. 650, Chicken @ Rs. 500, Podi Idly @ Rs. 410 (all plus tax) Am not saying its priced high or low as it depends on individuals.

Potential for Improvements : Poorly trained staffs. Good building and good food cannot make a restaurant great. Good trained staffs are important. You need to recruit fresh talents who look presentable and got experience in fine dining restaurants. Beer served was not at all cold, before opening the beer bottle, staff need to check with customers whether the temperature is satisfactory ( Minimum expectation) A gentleman looks to be on managerial role removed our used plate. Couple of my friends went for a smoke outside, and this gentleman just removed the plate without even asking others on the table. My friends were half way on their food. Trained staff should do their job and not that everybody does everything. Cleaning staffs who do not have any role to play inside the restaurant ( Wash room or Kitchen cleaning staff) was often passing through dining area. Customers do not feel comfortable for many reasons. This is not their fault but the management. Furniture are decent but not premium. While I’m happy Coimbatore is getting new places, I wish they maintained standards as well.

The management seems to be flawed.

1. The servers are taught that every customer is drunk and their feedback doesn’t matter. I had to force the server to call the manager to return anything which was bad. They instead point at the menu saying this is how it will be, look at the ingredients. We had to waste 15-20 mins arguing with him to get the manager.

2. While food was good, some of it was bad. They’re not able to handle the requests on a crowded day. Cocktail options were sub par.

3. Although the place seems huge, it feels cramped since they’ve stuck a lot of tables together. It’s humid as well and the 6 fans they’ve put doesn’t do the job. This was in the evening, imagine going for lunch.

4. Either their sound system was bad or the music service from which they were streaming was bad. While the DJ was playing songs we all knew, there was no place to dance since there is no dance floor.

5. There needs to be a dedicated smoking area. Even though it’s an open bar, if you let everyone smoke wherever they want, it’s going to be a bad experience for some customers who don’t like the smell. Entire night we felt we were in a chimney.
