I'm writing to share my experience at your hotel during peak season. Despite the rush, I expected better service. Here's what happened:
At the entrance, people who arrived after us were seated before us, even though we had given our name and were waiting. After being seated, we had to wait again for a considerable time, and some people around us even requested to cancel their orders due to the long wait. We faced issues with basic requests, such as getting hot water, which arrived only after we finished our meal. When I asked for an extra plate for my 3-year-old, it didn't arrive until the end of the meal, forcing us adults to share a plate. The fried rice was served with a wooden spoon, which was difficult for my kid to eat with. Despite requesting a proper spoon, we didn't receive a satisfactory response.
