Kind attention to Bar owner too.

Recently, I have hosted a corporate party at Dearie and wanted to share my experience. the first and foremost thing to share with everyone that the place and services and very cheap, for 1–2-person party this is okay but if you are planning to do big team size party then forget it.

What they agreed at time of booking the deal they just do their opposite and don’t go just by looking at google review not sure if they are hired to give a good rating, would like to share some more facts which I have been gone through.

Initially they committed us designated space however, they have not provided the same as soon they saw the people are started enjoying and designated space are vacate, they just allocated those seats to the outsider withing the given time slot Food was so pathetic in chicken only gravy was there, taste was so bad We have booked around 200+ people deal, and they come with only one table bar with one waiter to serve drink, think how we have managed there The waiter at bar table he was trying to pass the time within the give time frame to serve drinks sometime there were no water, sometime no cold drinks and no ice and no other waiter was supporting him to re-fill They always try to absorb more guest against what the capacity is allowed i.e., we have booked a party of 200+ they use to fill 300+ in the Bar just for making money with the poor services, the AC was not even working properly, it was too hot Waiter is like illiterate and un-skilled/very undisciplined they do not know how to talk with Guest if incase some said something they just starting speaking “are deta hu na wait kar na bhai, marunga aaj mai usko pakad ke” this how they treat another guest They also promised few additional things to make entire team feel special, but they haven’t done anything All drinks were mixed

So, overall, it was one of my worst party place and would not suggest to have further corporate deal here, would like to address Bar owner please take my feedback into consideration and act accordingly so, no other people can be cheated next...

While my overall experience at Dearie Noida Restaurant and Bar was outstanding, I'm deducting one star due to the pricing. The prices for food and drinks were slightly higher compared to other establishments in the area. However, considering the quality of the offerings and the overall experience, it was a worthwhile investment.

Extremely Disappointing Experience, Rude Staff

I recently visited Dearie in Sector 38 with high hopes for a pleasant evening. However, my experience was far from enjoyable, and I feel compelled to share my disappointment.

Firstly, we had booked a table through Zomato and even paid the full booking amount. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a staff member named Harry, who was incredibly rude from the start. He claimed that they don't accept bookings from Zomato and refused to entertain us, citing an insufficient female ratio. The manner in which he addressed us was utterly disrespectful and uncalled for.

To make matters worse, Harry's attitude escalated into verbal abuse as we attempted to reason with him. Other staff members joined in, resulting in a confrontational situation. Their behavior was completely unprofessional and unwarranted. We were appalled by the lack of hospitality and the utter disregard they showed towards us as guests.

Subsequently, we took the matter seriously and lodged a police complaint against the establishment. Despite our efforts to address the issue, they refused to respond to our calls and ignored the situation entirely. This level of negligence and disregard for customers is simply unacceptable.

As someone who frequently visits restaurants, bars, and cafes, this was the first time I experienced such deplorable treatment. It felt as though we were being treated as if we were unworthy of their consideration. Dearie's management should take immediate action against individuals like Harry, who clearly lack the necessary training in customer service and hospitality.

In conclusion, I strongly advise against visiting Dearie based on my horrendous encounter. It was an absolute disaster, tarnishing what should have been a pleasant evening with colleagues. I sincerely hope the authorities will address these issues and ensure that the staff receives proper training on how to treat guests with respect and professionalism.
