I recently dined at Smoke Factory, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The ambiance of the restaurant is warm and inviting, perfect for a cozy meal with family or friends.

Food: The culinary delights at Smoke Factory are truly impressive. I started with the smoked brisket, which was tender and flavorful, perfectly balanced with a hint of smokiness that didn’t overpower the natural taste of the meat. The sides, including the creamy mac and cheese and the fresh coleslaw, complemented the main dishes beautifully. For dessert, I indulged in the smoked chocolate mousse, a unique twist that ended the meal on a high note.

Service: The service was impeccable, and special mention goes to our server, Suresh. He was attentive, knowledgeable about the menu, and provided excellent recommendations. Suresh's friendly demeanor and prompt service significantly enhanced our dining experience. He ensured that our glasses were never empty and that we had everything we needed throughout our meal.

The establishment is huge with outside sitting too; you won't feel cramped for space. The interiors are pretty interesting, you will find one thing or another to keep your interest. A full fledged bar will keep the thirst away - very decent collection of booze available here!!! Coming to food, in starters we ordered: Palak ki chaat (must try) Dahi ke kebab Amritsari chicken tikka Corn chat Nachos Dimsums both non veg and veg - a must try as the outside covering is not made from refined flour. In drinks we tried: Vanilla cold coffee Choco chip cookies shake Nutty Nutella shake Sweet lime soda along with couple of more mocktails. Peri peri chicken pizza - thin crust and comes in a square shape was ordered inbetween the starters and main. In main were: Dal makhani Paneer labardar - very unique taste and a must try Veg biryani Mutton rogan josh (must try) Steam rice. By the end we were stuffed but we couldn't leave without dessert - as food goes to your stomach buy dessert goes to your heart. Went to this amazing place in gardens galleria mall. This place has quirky interiors and a great place to have some really delicious food, accompanied by Amazing drinks. We had nachos which were delicious, topped with salsa and aour cream, these cheese nachos are the ones you would love to munch on while you watch a match of fifa. The nuttie scotch nutella shake with a nutty texture and the sweetness of nutella and Chocolate, perfectly combined!! Dahi ke kebab which had a papad covering, crunchy from outside and soft from inside were delicious. Among the main course, dal Makhni and veg biryani/pulao is a must have! The creamy dal makhni combined with the best veg biryani i have ever had is a heavenly combination. And also paneer lababdar is a specialist of this place. (Chef's recommendation) do try it too!
