The staff was pretty rude with me and they delayed the orders so much. They didn't accept customisations and didn't listen to instructions at all. I will not go here ever again because of the delayed service and because of the staff behaviour. It was truly a disappointing experience. The staff was so laid back and they didn't talk with respect at all. They also imposed service tax 10% in the name of "Staff Contribution" and when asked to remove they said this can't be because that's staff contribution and not service tax I think this should be reported and looked into by the officials . They didn't even let us change the music even for a few seconds for our friends birthday. Truly the worst experience ever I have never ever experienced such a bad thing in cafe's. Even the air conditioners weren't working properly it was quite hot for the 3.5 hours we were there .. The food was mid some things were good some were so bad literally it felt like a waste of money . We also had to remind them again n again n again n again about our orders and it took so long to come and they kept forgetting our orders and our special requests as well as I mentioned earlier. In an industry which is dominated by customer satisfaction I felt cheated, ridiculed and insulted by the management of this place. Just after the payment of my bill they threw out my two year old son and my brother in law from the restaurant stating that the table is booked now and have to leave. He insisted to wait for five minutes but the unprofessional staff kept on insisting to shift the seats in front of the dj, as if the lady staff doesn't know that too much noise exposure is not good for the child. Then my husband had arguments for such a rude behaviour he was extremely angry as they did it to someone who was holding a 2 year old child. I mean who does that ?? Guys don't pay them till you are exhausted and don't want to stay there anymore because the moment you will pay them they will throw you out. We learned our lesson by visiting this place. I went there with my friends and had already booked a table and made the payment online. I even showed the waiter the successful payment, and he confirmed it was done.
Whatโs worse โ they handed me a review card along with the bill before I even made the payment! I still filled it positively because I was in a good mood after the service. But the truth is, they donโt even listen properly when you place your order, and later theyโll shamelessly say โyou never gave the order!โ
When we were about to leave, the same waiter rudely claimed that the payment wasnโt made. Even after I reopened the app and showed him proof โ literally told him to take a screenshot โ he kept arguing and spoke disrespectfully to me and my friends. The manager was informed but didnโt bother to respond or handle the situation professionally.
Honestly, itโs a total waste of money. The staff is rude, untrained, and arrogant. They have no sense of customer service and zero hospitality standards.
