Very rude staff.. especially the girl with the DJ... She lacks mannerism... we went there for birthday party when i asked that illiterate lady to play birthday song for two minutes. She responded like NO.. n yes in a very bad tone.. then she said only we can wish and that was also in very subtle or rather casual mood... Your rates r very high and when rest all the bars in the same mall is offerring happy hours , don't no y u r charging high n without competitive rates...when we started to enjoy in that chapri environment , that arrogant lady in very rude tone asked to not Wistle while dancing, I mean For God sake I was whistling with my two years kid n family to make my child comfortable... i mean she was keep on telling people dont do this and that..take your child down... i mean what harm will a less then two years child will do to your table...and also she was quite arguing with everyone...if you don't want us u can say directly not to enter and give your rule book in advance.. Dont take high grounds, as you were the most illiterate persons one could ever found in any bar.. rest all were well behaved...First time in my life in a longue, I encountered fools like u... and yes people said correctly about you that not to visit..One piece of advice, it will effect you only as we have plenty of options.. and I promise won't visit you again and will let my company also to not to visit any of your stores... Your manager on complaint was telling me that your company has this policy...then if your policy says you won't wish in Birthday and will charge double the rate of cake.. then you are cheating people..we paid almost 11k but you deserve a Big ZERO....

Shread your arrogance and teach your staff some mannerism but yes some of your waitors r well mannerred but really they r certainly in bad company..Yes if someone is misbehaving you can take actions but when you yourself is misbehaving then nobody can help you..

The lady beahaved badly with other people also and was spoiling the mood.. There is a way to communicate......we won't pay 10 times higher for services like this..

We booked a party for our office party. Our colleagues from US came to work with us in office so we wanted to treat them with a good evening in a decent place.

We never expected that this place will be exact opposite.

I never give such negative reviews to any place but my experience in the place was of disappointment and I feel very bad for my team. They were very excited for our outing.

Let's start from the beginning. We booked our outing on Wednesday. Our party started at 6pm,the pub was empty. So naturally the service was normal. We booked food only package and planned to order drinks Ala-carte as we checked in zomato the drinks were different But when we reached at the place it was a different story altogether. The drinks prices were totally different. They were totally out of our budget, on confirming with them they said I might have looked at Delhi location menu. So for proof I am attaching the screenshot. This totally threw us off balance. Such deceptive marketing and pricing should not be allowed.

Now when the crowd started coming in the reality started showing up. The food was served to us at a snails pace. We were so fed up that I asked for the main course to be served. It literally took them 45 minutes to serve pre-decided menu.

Our female colleagues and friends from US left with out eating dinner. This was the most insulting experience I have ever had.

When we asked the server to serve some more dishes as food was supposed to be unlimited. The guy tells us that there is food left in the bowls, do you really need more food. I mean seriously

After spending 34 thousands in bill we just got insulted and came back hungry.

I am definitely never going back to this place.

One note to the restaurant management. If you can't handle large groups just simply say no when ppl call you.. Just don't insult them when they are...

Utterly Unprofessional and Abusive Staff - A Scam Operation at Lord of Drinks My experience at Lord of Drinks was nothing short of appalling and deeply disturbing. The establishment appears to operate on a premise of unprofessionalism and, frankly, what I can only describe as abusive behavior towards its patrons. We were immediately subjected to an unusual and confrontational demand for advance payment before any food was served, creating an atmosphere of distrust and setting the stage for further conflict. When we questioned this unusual policy, the staff became aggressive and intentionally escalated the situation, seemingly aiming to provoke a confrontation. Disturbingly, when members of our party understandably retaliated to this aggressive behavior, the restaurant staff resorted to threats, deploying bouncers to intimidate us into paying extra. This felt like a blatant attempt at extortion. Furthermore, we strongly suspect this establishment operates in collusion with local police. On one occasion, our party required intervention from a senior police officer we happened to know personally to avoid being further exploited. Without this intervention, we genuinely feared being "looted" by the establishment, especially given their practice of creating artificial "events" to inflate prices and demand additional, unjustified payments. Lord of Drinks is not a place to enjoy a meal or evening out.
