Imperfecto Gardens Galleria — Restaurant in Dadri

We went to Imperfecto, Garden galleria. Must say that the place and service has deteriorated. AC was not working & we were sitting in sweat. When asked to change our table, they pointed us out to a different table, which we could get only once free. There were mosquitoes all around. To combat that they put up a kacchua chhap of all things. Short staffed, slow service even though there were not many guests. They ddnt even offer water nd when asking for it..it took 20 minutes nd multiple reminders. Then we ordered for paneer tikka, which was not at all good & there was a hair in it. Barely 4 barren pieces with no onion, tomato, capsicum. No taste. On complaining of it rather than taking note of it, the server argued that the hair was not theirs. We had to call upon the manager who had the dish returned finally. The kebab was still good. Our table was changed after an hour nd till such time we were sitting in hot nd humid nd mosquitoes. The manager did offer us a cocktail complimentary to make up for the poor experience but that was also not good. Eventually we paid the bill nd left. All in all quite expensive & happy hours were 2+1. it was a poor experience. So much of deterioration as compared to what the place was 3 years back. Hope they pull up their socks soon.

The atmosphere is really good and cool and the staff was very friendly and acknowledged our presence and made sure of our requirements. The staff new how to make the customers happy. We had a great time here enjoying the ambience!! Tempting and yummy veg platter with Perfect ambience.Staff is also good and friendly. Amazing food and service.This place is great with delicious food. Highly recommend Had a very great their specially their DJ ws superb and Shubham was great is suggesting the food and drinks their manager was so polite and gave us the nice table. This place is great! Atmosphere is chill and cool but the staff is also really friendly very good knowledge about liquor.They know what they’re doing and what they’re talking about, and you can tell making the customers happy is their main priority and LIVE music was Great 'Food is pretty good, I would love to come again. The Quality of food and Ambience of the place was top notch as usual. This place is getting better with time. The staff was friendly and courteous. Manager was very courteous and cooperative. Also every food item that i ordered was of great quality. Let me tell this straight, I had the best Pizza of my life till date over here in this cafe.
