If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! Dutyfree Courtyard is not just a restaurant, it’s an experience.
🌿 Ambience: The moment you walk in, you’re greeted with an atmosphere that feels both lively and calming. The open courtyard with warm lights sets the perfect mood for evenings, while the chic indoor seating offers a cozy vibe for intimate conversations. Every corner is thoughtfully designed — from the rustic wooden décor to the vibrant greenery that gives the place a refreshing charm. The music is upbeat yet not overpowering, making it ideal for both casual hangouts and celebrations.
🍴 Food: The menu is a treat in itself! Every dish feels curated with detail — from starters that burst with flavor, to mains that balance authenticity with creativity, and desserts that leave you craving more. The plating is beautiful, and portions are generous. What impressed me most was the consistency in taste; every bite feels fresh and carefully crafted. Whether you’re into classic comfort food or want to try something new, they’ve got you covered.
👨🍳 Staff & Service: The staff here truly elevate the experience. They are warm, attentive, and quick to understand your preferences. You never feel rushed, yet your needs are always taken care of. The team goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable, whether it’s helping with recommendations, customizing dishes, or ensuring your table is set just right.
✨ Overall: Dutyfree Courtyard is more than a dining spot — it’s a place where great food, stunning ambience, and heartfelt service come together. Perfect for friends, family, or even solo unwinds. Highly recommend it if you want not just a meal,...
Read moreThe place has a very nice vibe to it. We had an outdoor sitting which at some places needs to be improved. The table was dirt, although on request it was cleared by the staff. Water served to us had dirt in it, which I was not happy about. Now Let's come on the food which I ordered. Firstly I ordered their Mexican fries which were a complete delicacy. The fries were not at all soggy and had perfect crunch. You can have these surely. Next we ordered Paneer Tikka Makhani Pasta it was really very delicious. The presentation and the after taste of pasta was superb. This is a must try when you visit the place. We ordered a glass of coke for which we were charged 125rs, I really think that was a little over priced. Next we ordered Taco Mushroom Peri Peri Paneer , the plating was very beautiful although the taste was not as expected. Tacos were too hard to eat, no sauce was served along with them. Next I Ordered Melting Chocolate Bomb which I think was not that great and was way over priced. The restaurant had a nice vibe to it but there is a lack of response by the staff they are very lethargic and we literally had to shout to call them. I hope the management trains the staff more effectively and make sure that you wipe all the tables and cutlery before you offer any...
Read moreVery bad experience. 1.Very bad atmosphere, tasteless and half cooked food, they think everyone comes drunk so they won't even serve you hot food. The 1+1 offer is the biggest scam because they will make excuses once you sit to order. They won't give you any 1+1 offer once you've seated (meanwhile, on the entrance they have a big board of 1+1 and exclusive offers). When you go inside the servers will behave rudely. Ordered thinks are overly diluted (can't even make a simple old-fashioned drink) and even don't know how to make cocktails (just mixing random juices into vodka and calling it cocktails). The music played doesn't give you any vibe because they think people who are coming to their place are foreigners, because they never play english/hindi songs. The waiters/servers are non-attentive and they only focus on big groups. They will definitely overcharge you if you don't cross-check the bills. Serving raw, tasteless, uncooked and cold food makes it the most disappointing.
Conclusion:- SKIP THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. THEY SPOILED OUR MOOD AND TIME, DON'T LET THE SAME...
