I am here for the first time. This incident is just an hour ago. Although I have been here imperfecto before. But really the experience here was the worst. It started when we logged in. My husband, brother-in-law and me. We paid them Rs 3000 at the reception and they gave us a card with a coupon. But unfortunately this coupon fell somewhere while I was dancing. After that, when we last paid the bill, we told them that the coupon had been misplaced but you could confirm from the transaction history of our payment. But they said that they will not check our transaction history and we have to pay again the same amount. we very politely said that we are accepting its our fault but there should be plan B. because this could happen with any body. After that they made us sit in a room and snatched our phone till our next payment. They even said that they do not care about our payment history. After that he also called his bouncer. The behavior was not only unprofessional but it was unethical. They we asked them to check the CCTV footage beacuse we were very sure ki it was not misplaced someone of his waiter has stolen from the table. And yes at the end we were right. When we were dancing a waiter came and cleaned the table without our permission and taken our card. And in all these stuff the most interesting thing was that they all were aware about this. When we asked them to call manager then a senior manager came as he was already knowing the truth , then we asked them that we are calling police because of your harrasment then they got scared and senior manager came and trying to calm the situation by showing his over friendly behaviour by asking us ki - ap kis jile ke rhne wale ho. Hum bhi wahi ke h. Isi karan apse paise ni le rhe h. Now can u imagine how cheap policies are being played here. Because they all knew ki aap to inko xtra 3000 free ke milenge. At the end also we have shared them our name and number because they were so much instigating. I want the higher management of Ministry of Sound kindly take strict against your management of ...
Read moreI am a zomato pro member. restraunt refuse to honor pro and zomato pay. zomato do not help as Mos have cleverly permanently discounted their Inhouse beers. if u take them zomato pay is not applicable. problem solved. anyway even if you do not take these beers than also they will flatly refuse to honor zomato pay. so, if you if u visiting thinking they offer zomato pay, then please stay away from getting cheated. it is a collaborative con job b zomato & restraunts.
I got to know this only when I asked them for same from zomato on refusal of zomato pay.
offcourse they refuse it flatly & got these terms & conditions known only next day when raised with zomato. restraunts falsly claimed to zomato that I was given the option of splitting the bill & for 100 re discount on beer, but I refused 15% discount. so, I have they lie too. see the screen shots of my chat with zomato customer care.
Negatives -
They insist on cover charge of 3000 at the entry ensuring it as minimum bill. no zomato pay dine out applicable. take It or leave it.
Quantity is miniscule. we ordered a Malai chap and got 6 to 8 pieces of 4 inch for it. this for 549 rs. not even enough for 1 person.
they deliberately say that Indian scotch is not available so that they cud push higher priced scotch.
Music is too loud. after a certain time, it starts hurting ur on ears.
they use digital menu.. it took us 15 min to download. ordering involves shouting multi times in the ears of steward. Be on top of your voice guys.
we ordered Garden pizza.. it was never informed that it is thin crust.
they impose service charge of 10 % on bill. I thought it is illegal. yes, it is mentioned in so called digital menu at the bottom in small italic letters.
positives.
they were honest about not honoring zomato pay. take it or leave it. To circumvent, biller said they can honor Monday to Thursday. expected since they have less pax on these days... 😂 😂
food quality is decent.Nothing exceptional though.
waiters are decent and do listen. my prayers for their vocal...

Review for Ministry of Sound, Garden Galleria, Noida
We recently booked Ministry of Sound, Garden Galleria, Noida for our office party. The invites had gone out, everyone was excited, and we were looking forward to a memorable evening together. Unfortunately, what happened next left us shocked and deeply disappointed.
Just as people were on their way, I received a call from the same manager who took our booking. He suddenly informed us that “our gentry was not good.” This was not only confusing but also upsetting, especially as nothing of the sort had been discussed earlier. We tried to reason with the manager, assuring him we were almost at the venue. However, upon arrival, we were told that some team members apparently “looked like guards,” and on this basis, our entire booking for 90 people was canceled on the spot.
Having organized office events at various venues for over 15 years, I have never encountered such arbitrary and discriminatory behavior. If the venue had such policies or expectations, why were we not informed at the time of booking? Why weren’t we asked for a guest list or given any criteria about appearance? It is difficult to understand how someone can justify cancelling a party of 90 people simply because a handful of attendees didn’t fit their “expected” look.
We had to scramble to find a new venue (which, thankfully, turned out to be a much better experience), but the way this situation was handled left a lasting sense of disappointment and hurt. No one should be judged or excluded based on appearances, nor should any group be made to feel unwelcome for such superficial reasons.
This experience has left a sour taste, and I feel compelled to share it so others are aware. I would never recommend Ministry of Sound, Noida to anyone who values dignity and respect. Our hope is that the venue rethinks how it treats its patrons and ensures that inclusivity and professionalism are at the forefront of...
