Moire Cafe Lounge & Bar — Restaurant in Dadri

Visited the place for office party and we opted for the corporate package. The atmosphere was pathetic full of mosquitoes. The staff turned on the standing fans and lit up mortein coil. There is no consistency in mocktails. Mojitos either tasted like "nimbu pani" or sugar syrup. There was never the right balance. No starter in veg was up to the mark. Either the starters tasted raw and undercooked or burned to crisp. For non-veg, chicken wings was the savior. The staff was taking the feedback for the food, but the kitchen failed to implement the suggestions and make corrections. I tasted a new variety of dahi ke kebab in this restaurant which had the tiniest dahi flavour and majority of crispness. It would be apt to call it dahi k chips.

The main course was brought out from the kitchen after 30 minutes. Shahi panner had the thinnest gravy. It reminded me of the college mess "daal". Shashi paneer gravy usually has tomato to bring flavors. The chef at Moire reinvented the recipe to create gravy without tomato, making it bright yellow in color. The inconsistency in the temperature was evident for dished served, signifying the food was left out for quite some time. Breads were ok but we had to wait a lot for kitchen to deliver more bread.

Finally was the time of dessert and we got brownie. Little brown pieces with dry texture and taste like cake rusk. The best thing that was served at Moire would be the green chutney. I will still give them a benefit of doubt and maybe it is only the issue with the food they deliver with the corporate package, and probably the ala-carte menu items have better quality. But I would not dare...

Cockroaches! Cockroaches! Cockroaches!

Yes, you read it right. The place is infested with roaches. So here's what happened actually. I went there on October 14, 2023 with some friends and family. I ordered a few starters and a few drinks. I noticed that there is a cockroach roaming around on the table near my drink🍷. So i asked a waiter to deal with it. In response to that he removed the roach but still I asked him to change our table and that he did. After some time I saw a cockroach (a small one) in my drink floating 🤢. That same drink that I was sipping for quite some time now. I instantly felt disgusted and called the waiter again. He provided a fresh drink for no extra cost. This time we were so skeptical about the quality and began searching for any bug in there, if any. Yet again, we found one small cockroach stuck in the ice of the drink. We called the waiter and he replaced it again. The place needs cleaning of their ice makers or refrigerator idk and also needs some serious pest control. And yeah we paid near about 9000 bucks for this cheap quality of food, drinks and service. I didn't argue with them at that time but honestly the service was not worth 9000 at all. Hopefully this review will help others and may reach the management team of the Moire and I hope they take...

Last Saturday night went with my whole team, we were more 20 members but that was worst party ever. These are some issues which we faced clearly There is no seating space available ,even they doing adjustment in front of customer (to change the chair and table which is damaged, cracked, unbalanced) and at the seating area there is 2 headlight over our head in which 1 is not working or blinking sometime that we was in dark or dim light . 2.Food services is too slow and food quality and quantity also 3rd standard. There is only 1 rest room (toilet) for all customer which is seating in the open area, that we can say more then 50 people they have only 1 rest room, causing every one was suffering to do even toilet. Dancing floor also do not have enough space to dance 10-15 peoples together or in same time. From bar's mangement side no any positive response having with the customers ,no any issue and feedback they considered. 6.During drinking time we just was 4-5 persons, while we ordered for drinks the waiter serve the 15-20 30ml pag or our table .

So That is totally waste of money and your time if you are...
