I am writing this review to share the extremely disappointing and unsafe experience my group had at your club. What was meant to be a pleasant evening turned into a series of serious lapses in service, hygiene, and guest safety.

Denied Regular Drinking Water: We were denied regular water, with the excuse that the RO system was not working. When we asked how food was being prepared without clean water, the staff avoided the question and called a senior who claimed they did have water, but it would take 15–20 minutes to serve it. Despite clearly requesting regular bottled water, we were served and billed for expensive mineral water instead.

Service Chaos and Order Confusion: There was complete confusion while taking and serving orders. Dishes meant for other tables were repeatedly brought to us, and our own items arrived inconsistently. Food was served without plates or cutlery, and we had to keep asking for basic dining essentials.

Delayed and Poorly Served Drinks: Mocktails that were ordered along with starters were served only after we had finished our main course. Even then, the glasses were barely half-filled despite costing ₹400 each. When we pointed this out, the drinks were simply topped up with water, diluting them further.

Misleading Offer Denial: On entry, we were denied the pre-booked Zomato offer that had already been confirmed online. The staff seemed unaware or unwilling to honor it, showing poor coordination and lack of professionalism.

Overcrowding and Poor Management: The place was overcrowded far beyond what the staff could handle. The result was confusion, delays, and lack of control. Several heavily intoxicated individuals were creating chaos and engaging in physical fights, with no effective intervention from security.

Harassment and Safety Failure: The most shocking part of the evening was that the female members of our group were physically molested by a group of drunk men inside the club. Despite informing the staff and security, no immediate action was taken. This reflects an alarming failure of crowd control and complete disregard for guest safety.

Service Charge Issue: Even after such a disappointing experience, the staff refused to waive the optional service charge, citing arbitrary reasons. This was extremely unprofessional and unethical.

In summary, this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at any club. From basic hygiene and service failures to complete breakdown of safety and accountability, everything about the visit was unacceptable.

I sincerely urge the management and concerned authorities to take immediate corrective action, improve staff training, and ensure strict security oversight. A venue that cannot provide clean water, decent service, or guest safety has no right to operate under...

Sassy Oscar A brilliant place to party till wee hours of the morning with delectable food, classy drinks and amazing live music. So, this Instagrammable Resto pub is located in Galleria Mall in Noida and is the most photographic place in the viscinity. They have indoor as well as outdoor seating the former is for late night party as rhey have a huge dance floor, while the later gives a beautiful well lit view of this area of the city!

As you enter the place there are some awesome photo areas, you will be mesmerized by every single intricate element in the ambiance there are special booths for groups and single tables as well.

What we ate : Dahi Ke Kabab - Crusty outside and super soft from inside these hung curd kebabs were delightful and the quantity was really good in terms of their pricing. Asian Cigar Rolls - The best side for Alcoholic beverage as it is a fried dish super crunchy & served with a spicy Schezwan chutney to balance it well. Dal Makhni & Butter Naan - The ultimate North Indian combination that is loved by all this was perfect, warm buttery dal with Naan the only thing we wanted that chilly winter night. Brownie with Ice cream - An all time classic Dessert plate gooey chocolaty brownie and vanilla made for a great end to our meal.

Cocktail: Sassy Special was a Vodka based mixed berry drink something very different tasted great though.

THE WORST CAFE I HAVE VISITED SO LONG FOR PARTY.... I visited Sassy on 22nd of October with my office team incl our labour people also (15 members) for Diwali party. We were not treated so well bcz may b they didnt like the crowd i was carrying with me. Our girls was wearing suits and our labours were not so lavishily dressed that the way they wanted. For Sassy i believe only high class people can party. Food servicing was very poor like i have to asked multiple times to serve the food and drinks. Maincourse non veg was very bad in taste.

There was no DJ person who can play songs for us and till 10:30 pm there was no DJ person.

Camera man was there and he clicked photos of us (that too on my demand only) but i think that was just an formality only bcz no photos were posted on any of the social sites like FB, Insta and etc.. may be the reason is i have labour team with us, and when i asked for the photos so there manager Waseem is saying there is no data of that day.

WOW SASSY......what a hospitality you guys has given to us. I had a paid good amount to you and my team has not been taken a glass of water at free of cost.

I think before doing any bookings you guys should mention your criterias like only high class lavish perople are allowed to party. SASSY is not for Labour class peoples you should mentioned this on bold on your website too.

Come on Bossssss i was paying you for all the things so i thing everybody should be treated well.
