I went there for the new year party this year on 31st and the service was so bad even when cx's already prepaid.1st they were not aware we paid for imfl or imported package.they made us wait at the reception for checking that even when I showed them the receipt and the msg i received from local with image saying its imported. I did not want to wait so i paid everything 1 week prior. After that when we reached our table I was not happy because i specifically requested where I wanted the table and that time they confirmed me that's where i will get the table. They gave us a table in the corner dark area you can say it was the worst table of the entire restaurant.Then they moved the table a little bit because i was leaving that moment still not the same place i was promised. Then again even on my table they put IMFL instead of imported and my friend had to explain the waiter and the manager in that area again that we paid for this and not this. Then after serving us the 1st drink it took them nearby 2hrs to serve the next one and that also when my friend and I tried to get a hold of them multiple times. The waiter even said that he is the only one in the entire area so they were understaffed at the new year's party that they threw and everyone paid for it before getting in. I mean i wanted to enjoy the new year but you guys ruined it. I travelled from delhi in traffic to ruin my mood . Also one of the waiters took a dip dish since he had to provide that on another table and since we were not eating he had no same i was taken aback. I have been to a bad restaurant before also but this kind of service was a first and even when i texted them about the experience no apology at all. Anyways an apology cannot fix everything i was not able to enjoy my new year because of Local. So thank you so much . And they only prefer large groups of ppl if you are 2 or 3 ppl or a couple you are not going to get respect. They only serve ppl who are elderly and rich thats the combo they look for 🤣🤣.They think if you are young you don't have money because i asked them for the menu that i will have to pay for and i explained to them i will buy from that menu and pay for it.I explained the 3k per person i paid so we can confirm the table was never abt food. And after 1 hr when i got angry that i still have not got the everyday menu of the restaurant the response was that is not included in what you have paid i mean 😔😔 I don't know if the owner's are this judgemental and taught the servers the same or ppl of noida are like this that the server's act like this. Read moreWe were more than 150 people for office get together. They provided first floor outer space that also half. It was small compare to the number of people. Service was very poor. Bar - There was only 1 person making drinks on bar for 150 people so it was too much crowded. People were waiting for their turn and after some time we started to serve on our own. Drinks - they were serving ballentine and black dog reserve in whisky. Black dog reserve they were saying we are bringing from inside till then you can have ballentine. Startes - They placed the starters in starting and refilled after asking for 3-4 time that too for veg starter only. No refill for non veg startes. Everything was cold after some times and had to eat those only. No provision for keeping them hot. Spoon and plates were out of supply most of the times Dinner - They served the dinner. By the time party was finished, very few chapati were left in the basket that too cold so you can understand having cold tandoor rotis. For fresh roti they said serving is closed and 60-70 people were still there to have dinner and they closed the services. They brought only one basket of roti after a heavy arguement They removed the sweet dish and ice creams in between while people were having dinners. DJ Sky - we asked for a request song and he said no more songs and stopped the DJ itself while DJ was playing inside. We had to request their manager and then he started playing. I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent visit to your outlet in Noida Sector 38 on 1st November, which turned out to be a very unpleasant experience.
I had visited your café/bar with my friends after seeing your advertisement on Instagram, expecting a good time. However, we were extremely disappointed when we realized that the water glasses served to us were already used. Since the theme of your bar is dark and the lighting is minimal, it was not immediately visible, but once we noticed it, it was quite shocking and completely unhygienic.
This kind of negligence in basic hygiene standards is unacceptable and could have put our health at risk. We truly did not expect such an experience from a reputed brand like yours. We also have videos and photos of the incident as proof, should you wish to review them.
I request you to please take this matter seriously, investigate it with your staff, and ensure such incidents do not happen again. In addition, given the inconvenience and distress caused, we believe that some form of compensation (such as a refund or complimentary visit) would be appropriate to restore our trust in your customer service and encourage us to visit again in the future.
I would appreciate hearing back from you soon before I share this experience publicly on social media, as I believe in giving businesses a fair chance to make things right.
