Noor by Khubani — Restaurant in Dadri

Coming straight to the food, Each and every one of their dessert offerings and pizza offerings are to die for. It is some of the best across Noida. However the sushi, pasta and Indian starters was some of the worst we have had. My only suggestion would be to check the bill before you leave the restaurant. This is absolutely one of the most sketchiest restaurants in Delhi-NCR when it comes to the bill.

Over our last 3 visits, it has become abundantly clear that the people running the restaurant are complete crooks and do not believe in customer service by a mile. In each visit, they overcharged us for a new reason.

In my first visit, we asked to remove the service charge and they said that service charge will not be removed if we are using Swiggy, Zomato, EazyDiner. This is obviously just corruption on the resturant owner's part. In any case, we paid the service charge and left.

In the 2nd visit, they had kept 2 bottles of their expensive mineral water on the table. We had ordered regular water and did NOT open or even touch the bottles. Our bills at the end, included the full price of the water even though we drank regular water and the bottles were not opened. We asked them to remove the charge and they did not. We left the bottles there and went home.

We decided we wont be visiting the restaurant again but we had some international clientele and due to unfortunate circumstances, we had to visit again and this time, we had changed 1 dish in our order (less than 2 mins after we had ordered) and they obliged. "Noor" by Khubani, a place that tried it's best to resemble the "durbar" for food and aesthetics similarly fails to understand that Pizza, Nachos, Pasta and other food place or region that they are trying to depict. The food, Nachos served from out of the packet Nachos from market, with bare minimum salsa, not even covering 2 nachos if I tried putting all together. The prices makes the owners and managers delusional and quality was ... meh.... the review comes from someone who isn't fond of writing reviews... unless the place/food is exceptional or horrible. Get out of your bubble folks at Noor. The menu seemed off.... and limited. Food was mostly below average. PS: not a paid review... not sure about other 4 or 5 star reviews here... not going here again. Good PR move to have a stand up comedy show to bring in the crowd and spread awareness of the place. Food and prices was a let down. Moreover, you write a review and you get an option for "local guide" badge... so consider that too when reading other review from "local guide" ... just saying.... 🤷‍♂️ And I am not a kid who gets happy just by the ambience or some fancy wall paintings. A rat ran across the table on the floor across from us. We told the server. Very casually we were told it isnt a rat, but some "chukunder" since there's a "forest" nearby. If there are rats on the dinner floor and the staff is treating it like its a house guest, one can imagine what is happening inside the kitchen.

Servers are untrained. The place lacks the basic feel of hospitality. We ordered a bottle of water, and the server nonchalantly asked my wife if she is sure, since it's for rs 250. Who asks the customer a question like this?

We ordered tandoori roti. He asked butter or plain. We asked him to give butter separately. For some reason, giving the butter separately isnt "allowed".

A game of bowling costs 1k, whereas the same thing across the road in dlf mall is for 600. Old old machinery with buggy software. We asked for the bill at the end. The guy is like take a photo of the bowling bill or he will give a photocopy. Dont know what he's playing at.

The owners must be paying a bomb on the rent. Need to change the manager asap.

Check the cameras between 10.20 pm to 10.25 pm on the upper deck area corner tables near the exit side. You'll see...
