My Bar Headquarters Noida — Restaurant in Dadri

On 24th December 2024, an individual visited our office claiming to represent My Bar and sold us two membership packages for a total of approximately ₹4200 (₹2100 per person). We were assured that these packages would be valid for one year and redeemable at your Noida location.

However, when we visited the Noida outlet the following week, we were surprised to find it shut down. A local individual informed us that it had been closed for several days, and ever since, no one from the My Bar team has been reachable via phone or other contact methods.

Furthermore, the individual who sold us the packages has also ceased all communication, ignoring our repeated calls and messages. This situation raises serious concerns about the authenticity of the packages sold and suggests that we may have been the victims of a scam.

We are extremely disappointed and concerned. As a well-known and trusted brand, My Bar has a responsibility to ensure that its name is not misused in such activities.

We would appreciate your urgent attention on the following:

Clarify whether this individual was an authorized representative of your brand.

Confirm the current operational status of the Noida outlet.

Explain what steps you are taking to address such fraudulent activities.

Provide a resolution — either a refund or valid compensation for the amount paid.

If this is happening with your awareness, it reflects very poorly on your commitment to your customers. If this is happening without your knowledge, we urge you to take swift and strict action to stop such misuse of...

The place is spacious with outdoor sitting as well…. The outdoor sitting is good but it has no music….xero courtyard k music se kaam chalana padhega that is also low…inside the music is there but it was monday no DJ just simple bollywood night tracks were played like on your home music system….

Talking about service and food- the waiters are not aware of what is available what not firstly they deny then they check and let you know- for food we had all veg food- Homemade Ravioli which was amazing and we were 3 so we could have 3 individual bowls as it was so yummy and sauce was awsme… The Pita Falafel, Hummus served with Mukhalal was not that got they didn’t served the pickled salad as well with it and it was very dry to eat…. Tandoori Platter was okay but eventually it ended with everything having paneer- paneer tikka, tandoori mushroom also had stuffing of paneer, soya chaap achari was missing in the platter, tandoori aloo was also had paneer stuffing and veg seek was very dry… not much to add into it…

Drinks we had mock-tails as it was a dry day - Rosemary was the best drink and hero of the day they had. sweet was too sweet and my bar champ was just kind of orange juice mixed with coconut water and very sweet wherein it should have taste of cranberry as well but it was not there at all.

Overall exp good place to go and have photos….cost wise good make the payment through Zomato gold or dineout to get good discounts and offer.

Desserts were not available we wanted to have- Fudge cake sundae but...

Well, yesterday only we went in office party and it was our worst experience we had. Never had a such a pathetic experience in any of noida bar. We opted package for ultimated drinks and food which obivously had a heavy price but the quality was non else then pathetic Coming to main course part the taste was worst ( i don't have anything to say then) Deserts we have brownie with ice cream let me describe you brownie was neiher tasted like brownie ,they neither had walnuts and ice cream didn't tasted like ice cream And now coming to service , since it was friday night the etna sab bekar ha toh service kaise achi hoeghi? There is no point coming there and some funny instaces where i would like to say i asked to beer mug they said there stock is over 😂 maine kaha beer beer mug mae nahi dalu toh whisky mug mae dalu? Second instance i asked for new chilled cold drink waiter said ki hae nhi aur andar? Haha he said you can consume the one which is on table and not chilled and which doesn't have gas leftover , he brought glass for me with ice so called jugadh ,now you guys can decide yourself bcs i am not going to go ever here , last no the least it took around 1hour 30 mins to get out of garden galeria parking which no body wants to experience but offcourse it is not bar fault apart...
