Al-Yamin Multi Cuisine — Restaurant in Delhi

This review is based on the frequent 3 visits. Let me start with positive thing which is the taste of food, i have tried special combo platter where all items were good in taste except butter chicken, tandoori items were well marinated and well grilled with proper ingridients specially chicken burra and Lassani tangdi , butter chicken does not looks like actuall butter chicken that i have tasted earlier, Now most important part is ambience and service, for that i will give 1 rating. Visit 1 after 2nd day of opening : Over crowded place i have waited more than 45 minutes but there is no organized way of how to attend the customers and unfortunately no electricity and there is no backup for that. On that day i went back without having any food. Visit 2 : During early hours after a month i found carpets were wet, AC was not working and leaking above our heads and single AC was working at 24 for the entire restaurant. Visit 3: I have booked in advanced but still waited for more than half an hour with my guests. After getting the Majlis (Dining table)the worst time starts , no one was there for order for about15 minutes and the guy who was taking order does not know the things which were available in the menu moreover his behaviour of was untolerable, he is unable to remember the order of 4 items and told me to write on paper, for that i personally went down at the counter for ordering chicken tikka , chicken burra , Tawa chicken and biryani, he served us only chicken tikka in a platter without serving spoon and plates. After some time i asked the plates from counter and again visited the counter for ordering remaining things. Out of all this disappointment we still get 2 items and had to cancel the third one as the delivery took too long. Look like self service . I am writing to share my recent experience at Al-Yamin Jama Masid non vegetarian restaurant, which unfortunately left much to be desired. My wife and I visited yesterday and ordered the Al-Yamin special combo thali priced at Rs. 580. However, several aspects of our visit were deeply disappointing, leading me to advise against future visits.

Hygiene: The restaurant's cleanliness left much to be desired, with noticeable dirt in several areas. Lack of Hospitality: There was a distinct lack of hospitality or friendliness from the staff, which detracted from the overall dining experience. Poor Service: Our food order was unreasonably delayed without explanation, and the staff displayed a dismissive and disrespectful attitude. Quality of Food: The food served was cold, stale, and overly spiced, indicating a lack of attention to freshness and flavor balance. Attitude of Waitstaff: The waiters exhibited an unwelcoming and arrogant demeanor, further detracting from our enjoyment of the meal. Overall Food Quality: Regrettably, the food itself was of poor quality, failing to meet even basic standards of taste and preparation. Pricing: Considering the subpar quality of the food and service, the prices at Al-Yamin Jama Masid were unreasonably high, leading to a feeling of being overcharged. Based on these observations, I strongly advise against patronizing Al-Yamin Jama Masid non vegetarian restaurant in the future. I recently had the pleasure of enjoying the Chicken Platter at Delhi-6 Al-Yamin restaurant, and I have to say that it was a five-star experience all around.

Firstly, the portion size was extremely generous. The platter was loaded with juicy, succulent chicken pieces, along with a variety of tasty sides that complemented the meat perfectly. I was impressed by the quality and quantity of food provided, which was more than enough to satisfy my hunger and even leave me with leftovers to take home.
