Nestled amidst the bustling lanes of Jama Masjid in Old Delhi, Haji Tea Point stands as a beacon of culinary delight, drawing in locals and tourists alike with its irresistible charm and tantalizing offerings. I recently had the pleasure of starting my day with a breakfast at this iconic establishment, and I must say, it was an experience that left a lasting impression.

Upon stepping into Haji Tea Point, I was greeted by the aromatic symphony of spices and the comforting aroma of freshly brewed tea. Despite the hustle and bustle, the ambiance exuded a sense of warmth and familiarity, making me feel right at home.

I opted for the classic combination of puri and bhaji, accompanied by their renowned special chai. The puris were fried to perfection, boasting a crisp exterior that gave way to a fluffy interior with each bite. Paired with the flavorful bhaji, which was a delightful blend of potatoes and spices, it was a match made in culinary heaven. The flavors danced on my palate, leaving me craving for more.

However, it was their special chai that stole the show. Rich, creamy, and infused with the perfect balance of spices, it was a true indulgence for the senses. Sipping on the chai, I couldn't help but appreciate the artistry that went into crafting such a perfect blend.

Despite being crowded, the service at Haji Tea Point was commendable. The staff worked tirelessly to ensure that every patron was attended to promptly, adding to the overall dining experience.

In addition to breakfast, Haji Tea Point also offers a tempting array of desserts such as sahi tukda and milk rabri during the day. These decadent treats are a testament to the culinary prowess of this establishment, further solidifying its reputation as a must-visit destination in Old Delhi.

In conclusion, Haji Tea Point in Jama Masjid, Old Delhi, is a culinary gem that offers a sensory journey through the vibrant flavors of Indian cuisine. From its mouthwatering breakfast offerings to its decadent desserts, every bite is a testament to the rich culinary heritage of the region. Despite the crowds, a visit to Haji Tea Point is...

Located near Gate No. 1 of Jama Masjid, right across from Jawahar Restaurant, this establishment has been a staple in the area since 1965, making it over 50 years old. Despite its small size, it consistently attracts a large crowd throughout the day. Opening its doors early in the morning around 5:00 AM, it quickly becomes a bustling spot as patrons flock in to start their day with a hearty meal.

The menu offers a variety of popular dishes, including sabzi poori, halwa poori, and shahi tukda, along with tea. The food is well-received, providing a satisfying culinary experience. The long-standing presence of this eatery in such a vibrant and historic area adds to its charm and reputation. Whether you're a local or a visitor, the consistent quality and traditional flavors make it a noteworthy destination for a delicious breakfast or an...

Located opposite Al-Jawahar hotel in old delhi near jama masjid, this place offers shahi tukda and tea along with other beverages. This place literally is very dirty and be cautious while entering. The shahi tukda which we had was full of oil and tasted ordinary. The price is reasonable but i didn’t like the taste at all. There is no space to sit and eat or drink. It feels as if People are standing on top of each other. The place is very congested and there is no parking space at all.
