Hotel New City Palace — Hotel in Delhi

First of all this hotel is fine for the people coming here to explore Delhi who just want to stay in their room for few hours. When we went there the cost which was offered to us was 800₹ for Non-AC and 1200₹ for AC room which was ok for me as nearby better hotels were 2k plus you might get a reasonable one but for that you have to explore the area as there are lot of hotels around. Now important points They wont provide towels,soap or shampoo toothpaste etc you have to bring your own things. There was no cupboard for keeping clothes. The room has plen of mosquitoes to keep you occupied. No electric kettle Breakfast is not included They don’t have their own kitchen so if you are ordering food from them they are going to charge you more than the hotels menu price but you have many good options down stairs to explore meals. There is no geyser and Hot water timings are fixed so plan your sleep accordingly Most importantly I wanted an English toilet so I opted for this room(Photo attached) and the toilet had a horrible position it was not at all possible to sit on that toilet as there was no leg room. yaar this hotel have psyco room attendents.At first they seems to be so polite...but latter if u bymistake order a tea..and u dont have change to pay them instant...they wl shout at u...and if u order something..they wl bring it frm outside as it was not available in there canteen menu...and wl charge double...U hav to pay or they wl argue with u..shamelesslly...if u complain manager ..he wl do nothing..but take their side...the attendent will sit outside ur room in common loby and speaks valgur abt a women with their caling...not at all a family stay...so better avoid such type of hotel..and find who r polite and charge appropriatly...thank u ..help others be...

Terrible and scammers. Rooms are filthy including the sheets. They have food available - I ordered some butter chicken which was about 120 rupee on the menu, with rice and water. They charged me 455 rupee and when I questioned them they said they had to get it from a external restaurant because I ordered something that wasn't on their menu.
