There is this ultra skinny guy with tattoos at the door with God knows what attitude. He asked me to pay cover charges which I did but sounded like he was doing a favour for us.

Now the guy that served me-looked like north eastern but again God knows what attitude. I asked him for beer and without even checking which one he got me corona bucket and whatever we ordered felt like it was been thrown at us. I know the idea was to rip us and they were successful in doing it I will also be posting on video on my channel later with detailed experience with the bill. We are group of 5-6friends visiting this palace almost once in month similarly yesterday we visited and this time their attitude are completely changed especially Sonu(bouncer) and bharat bhati they sound like that they are favouring us by giving us entry in the club however we used to pay almost 10k every time, Yesterday what they done on name of red label they have given some other whisky in red label bottle.

Good part is their food and service but they should be more polite and they do gather some skill to analyse their guests because everyone isn't goat or wolf.

My opinion is its better to visit garden galleria,sector 18,noida their you will get more value for money.Hauz khas is just for nibba-nibbi and North East people especially for munirka,saket,maharni bagh crowd.

Pathetic service. Staff don't care. They were busy watching IPL. At the time of booking one Mr Sunny promised so much he said we would give you a separate section and dance floor and some dedicated waiters. But he didn't deliver anything.In the party night, he was showing that he was busy and asked me to talk to waiters. Waiters don't listen and I was running behind them to serve the guests while they were watching IPL and eating from plates to be served. All my guests were sitting at different and distant tables, and they were waiting for food and drinks all the time. The bartender also doesn't listen. Food was not tasty, and DJ will not play any song on request no matter how much you pay. Don't waste...
