It was 7:30pm and my office in US began! I had a meeting to attend and needed a quiet place. This is when i came around this amazing cafe. There was indoors and outdoors. The indoors had mild music playing. The outdoors or rooftop seemed quiet with plugins available to charge my laptop. I nearly worked for an hour, without placing any order. I wasn’t bugged to order. The ambience felt so comfortable, undisturbing and homely. Also the best part was it was a pet friendly restaurant. Then we went indoors and i got myself a coffee served in a ceramic cup. People were there to work on laptops, some were to have a good time. It was just so wholesome. The staff were so friendly and had a constant smile on. The ambience and their behavior would want you to go a 1000 times. The staff did not care, for how long you sat or if you did not order at all. They cared for your presence, they cared for your comfort. And that brings a wholesome crowd there. So very touched and i would recommend everybody to visit this cafe, if you want to experience the goodness the rarity of kindess, a place you must visit...
Read moreOur visit to Blue Tokai Coffee Roasters in Delhi left us with mixed feelings. While the food we tried was above average, we were disappointed that several items we wanted to order were not available during our visit around 12-12:30 in the afternoon. This limited our choices, and we ended up settling for pancakes and coffee, which were decent but not exceptional, rating around 3.5/5 at best.
Regarding the ambiance, we found the aesthetics of the cafe to be alright, but the reality fell short of the expectations set by the Google images. The cozy atmosphere was pleasant, and we appreciated the option of both indoor and outdoor seating. However, we preferred the inside seating area over the open terrace.
Despite these shortcomings, we must commend the friendly staff who made our experience more enjoyable. Overall, Blue Tokai Coffee Roasters offers a decent spot for a casual coffee outing, but there is room for improvement in terms of menu availability and maintaining consistency with the ambiance...
Read moreI love having a monthly coffee date with my friend, and this time we tried out Blue Tokai Coffee Roasters based on a recommendation from a dating app. Even though I never got to meet the guy who suggested it, it turned out to be a great choice.
I've been to a few Blue Tokai outlets before, but this one really stood out. It's not tiny, and they even have rooftop seating. The atmosphere is super serene, with beautiful green lawns. Bonus points for the validated parking – always a relief.
The café is located right by the circle in front of the Qutab Minar in Mehrauli and is owned by the Delhi Government’s Cottage Industry Department. It's a perfect spot for a coffee date and a chat.
We ordered a Flat White along with a Sea Salt and Dark Chocochip Cookie and a Pain au Chocolat. The coffee and snacks were good, just like I've come to expect from Blue Tokai. Overall, a lovely experience, and I'll definitely be back for more caffeine and...
