I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the food service provided on 9th June 2024. The experience was far from satisfactory and did not meet the expectations set during the planning and tasting phases. Here are the major issues we encountered:

Timing and Punctuality: The service was scheduled to start at 1 pm, yet the food did not arrive until 1:20 pm. Similarly, beverages were supposed to be available from 10 am but were only served at 10:45 am, and they were not cold. I had to incur additional expenses to provide ice.

Planning and Coordination: It was evident that there was a lack of planning. Numerous calls were required to get things organized, which was both inconvenient and unprofessional.

Use of Personal Equipment: Despite providing a cylinder as instructed, my kitchen gas and stove were ultimately used. This resulted in unexpected additional expenses that were not discussed beforehand.

Food Quality: The rice quality was very poor and significantly lower than what was provided during the tasting session. The tawa vegetable were excessively oily, and the spoon size was inadequate.
