I recently had the pleasure of visiting Roslyn café, Rohini West and I would like to share my heartfelt feedback.

Food & Drinks: The quality of the food exceeded expectations — every dish was flavorful, fresh, and beautifully presented. The coffee and frappés were aromatic and perfectly crafted, while the matcha drinks were refreshing and unique. The bakery items and desserts were a true highlight, with just the right balance of sweetness and texture.

Service & Staff: The staff members were warm, attentive, and genuinely friendly, making us feel comfortable throughout our visit. Their thoughtful service added a personal touch that made the experience memorable.

Atmosphere & Environment: The ambiance of the café was welcoming and cozy, with a lively yet relaxing environment that was perfect for our gathering. The décor and music created an uplifting mood, ideal for both casual catch-ups and small celebrations.

Special Moments: We celebrated a kitty party and a small birthday at your café, and both occasions were made special by your team’s support and attention to detail. The setting was intimate yet cheerful, and everyone in our group left with wonderful memories.

Starting with the staff, I appreciated their politeness, although we did need to request that our table be cleaned upon arrival, which ideally would have been done prior. However, when the staff member did clean the table, it still had an unpleasant smell afterward

Regarding the beverage confusion, one staff member initially labeled our latte as a cappuccino, which caused a bit of confusion. Despite the place not being busy, this discrepancy was surprising.

Moving on to the food, the portion size of the aglio olio pasta didn’t quite justify the price. While the presentation was appealing, the quantity seemed lacking for the cost. Perhaps a slight increase in portion size could better match the price point.

Furthermore, we requested almond milk for our latte, but unfortunately, it wasn’t available. It seems almond milk is consistently unavailable, which could be improved upon for customers who prefer or require alternative milk options.
