Complaint not a Review. Visited this outlet on 30th, September, 2023.
Considering my vast travel history throughout the country & my relationship with KFC around every corner. I'm deeply shattered after been to this outlet. It's been a more than a decade now, Since I'm having MINGLE BUCKET whenever I'm in KFC. This is my fix order. I entered the outlet, a Pathetically trained and ill mannered person & dirty with his uniform asked me for my order I as usual asked for a MINGLE BUCKET. He refused to take my order and asked me to have a MINGLE BUCKET MEAL instead. I refused to that. He asked me how will I pay, I said via CARD. He said this is not possible as they are expecting only CASH.
I again asked him to take order of mine and give exactly what I wanted, and not what he wanted to sell to me.
I waited at counter for some time, And saw that they are selling this to everyone to have a meal instead of single items that too with CASH only payment.
After this I asked him what's going on here, he so unapologetically said, this is how we run and again denied to take my order.
I'm filing a complaint this against KFC INDIA, and taking this future ahead to UNITED STATES via various means of communication.
If KFC by any chance want to resolve this issue and don't want any unnecessary fuss. Make sure that outlet is accepting payment by all means & taking order with customer wish, and not to push them to buy any sort of meal.
And I specifically want to advice KFC to train their employee in a professional manner. They behave even worse than any Road-Side food vendor. KFC employee doesn't even have decency to greet their employee properly even when their is not major rush.
The harm this particular outlet is doing to KFC's name is enough reason for their higher authorities to Shut this one down
When I'll visit it again & if this issue is not resolved. I'll try my best to SHUT THAT OUTLET...

We usually visit KFC for a quick taste change and a casual family hangout. Our go-to order has always been the Ultimate Savings Bucket — my father’s favorite — since it offers a nice variety of pieces that everyone enjoys.
However, this time, the experience was quite disappointing. It seems like KFC has started cost-cutting without considering customer preferences or doing proper feedback research.
We placed two separate orders — the Ultimate Savings Bucket and Hot & Crispy — and unfortunately, both turned out to be below expectations. The pieces in the current bucket were completely different from what used to come earlier, and the taste of Hot & Crispy has changed significantly (and not for the better).
Even the Mojito that comes with the Ultimate Savings Bucket had lemon without pulp, as if the lemon slices were scratched clean — which made the drink taste flat and artificial (photo attached).
On top of that, the store ambience was extremely noisy — it honestly felt like a generator was running inside the store room. We even asked the counter staff about the noise, but they simply ignored it. It became really difficult to sit, relax, and enjoy the meal.

★☆☆☆☆ Disappointed by unfair treatment during dining-in
I visited the KFC at Unity Mall, Rohini, recently. I brought in a milkshake I had purchased elsewhere before ordering food at KFC. I placed my order and was getting ready to eat, only to be told I must leave the seating area because of the drink I already had. It didn’t make sense—they then asked me to stand outside for the entire wait time, even though I’d paid for food.
I asked if speaking with a manager was possible, but staff responded curtly and enforced the rule without any flexibility, despite me clearly having ordered. I felt embarrassed and unwelcome, especially since I wasn’t trying to misuse their space—just wanting to enjoy my meal.
KFC likely has a “no outside food/drink” policy, and I respect that. However, common courtesy, communication, and basic humane treatment would be appreciated. A quick chat with a manager could have prevented this unfortunate experience—and left me still enjoying my...
