I have been a very loyal and frequent customer of Domino’s for years, regularly ordering and enjoying their food. However, tonight’s experience with the Kalkaji branch was nothing short of a nightmare and has left me utterly frustrated and shocked at the level of service I received.
I had placed a simple order consisting of a Classic Pizza, Onion Pizza, and Garlic Bread. Nothing complicated — just a regular comfort meal I’ve had countless times before. But what I received was far from acceptable.
The food arrived cold, the garlic bread was stale and chewy, and the pizzas were half-baked and sloppily prepared. This is NOT the quality I expect from a brand like Domino’s.
The worst part, however, was the appalling customer support I received from the night shift manager, Suryakant Nirala. His attitude was completely unprofessional, rude, and dismissive. Instead of trying to resolve the issue or even showing a basic level of empathy, he brushed me off with arrogance and zero accountability. I have never experienced such terrible customer service in my entire time ordering from Domino’s.
I request immediate attention from senior management regarding this issue. If Domino’s continues to allow such poor standards of food and customer interaction, especially from branch managers, I will have no choice but to stop ordering altogether — and I’m sure I won’t be the only one.

So further to my review the person for Dominos has contacted me and told me the company can take a legal action against me..Is this how Dominos staff talk to customers...I got a call from Dominos Govindpuri and supposedly that person named himself Raju.. utterly misbehaved person.. despite explaining to him that this is feedback he has misbehaved...needless to mention this is the first time something like this has happened....I explained to him that I am not as free to get into legal matters... Dominos team I do not want any compensation but there should be some staff behaviour...I would reiterate that my concern is regarding the product...Please look into staff behaviour..the number I got call...
Read moreAbsolutely horrifying experience with Domino's Kalkaji outlet. I ordered a pizza worth ₹800, and what I received was total garbage. The pizza had completely slid out of the box due to poor packaging and was dumped inside the delivery bag — inedible and disgusting.
I immediately requested a refund since I had to leave and couldn't wait for a replacement. Instead of returning the amount to my original payment method (UPI), they were forcing a refund to the Domino's wallet — which, by the way, expires in a month. After repeatedly asking them to do the right thing and issue a a proper refund, not only did they refuse to refund the amount to my original payment method (UPI), they haven’t refunded me at all — not even to the Domino’s wallet. Now I’m stuck with no pizza, no bill, no refund, and the burden of constant follow-ups for something that wasn’t even my fault.
What’s worse — when I insisted on accountability, the staff became abusive. The reception guy even went as far as threatening me with violence. This has gone way beyond bad customer service. It’s criminal.
I am now lodging a formal police complaint against this outlet. I urge Domino’s India to take immediate action — and I strongly warn others to stay far away from the Kalkaji outlet. If this happened to me, it could...
