RollsKing — Restaurant in Delhi

There was a time when Rolls King was known for its taste and service. Sadly, that reputation is being ruined. For several months now, it has been noticed that your staff completely lacks basic manners and sense of how to talk to customers. Being a resident near your shop, I can clearly say this kind of behavior will not be tolerated for long — it will create a very bad impression among nearby residents.

Another serious issue — if your shop is open, why are customers forced to order online just to get an egg roll? Why should nearby customers like us be forced to pay extra charges online when the product is literally available next door?

This clearly shows you are prioritizing online sales and targets rather than serving your direct walk-in customers. If this continues, you are going to lose the very people who gave Rolls King its original...

Ordered through Zomato paneer and soya roll, soya roll did not has much filling one fourth of the roll was empty, no sauses, soya quality was hard, the roll itself was hard to eat... Over all very poor roll paying so high 200 per roll and not at all even close to satisfaction...

Rollskings please improve your quality and specially on the prepaid delivery orders... Also don't reply with sorry for inconvenience, hardly expecting it though , just focus on customer...

I ordered the chicken makhani roll through swiggy. Packaging was good and delivered on time. However, the roll was sub standard.
