SAMBARPOT — Restaurant in Delhi

I was eating in Sambarport, and they forgot to register my order and issue a bill so I had to wait for quite sometime until a nice lady staff came and registered the bill. The other male staff looked like they didn't know how to handle the cash register place. What's worse is that the owner came and later impatiently demanded that we give five star reviews and insisted on seeing it on our phone's screen. I didn't like the overall experience mostly because of the owner coming and impatiently asking us to review the restaurant for 5 stars in Google reviews. While food is good, the service was bad because of the forgetfulness of the male staff and the atmosphere was bad because of the owner coming and impatiently demanding reviews. Hence, I'm giving one star to service and one star to atmosphere. If this owner comes again for five star reviews and impatiently behaves with us, I'm complaining to management...

Had a very disappointing experience. waited for 25 minutes for my order and still didn’t receive my food. What made it worse was the attitude of the staff – they were very casual about the delay, showed no sense of urgency, and didn’t even bother to apologize or try to improve the situation. It honestly felt like they didn’t care about the customers at all. If this is the kind of service they continue to give, I wouldn’t recommend this...

We visited Omaxe Chowk Mall in Chandni Chowk and went Sambarpot for breakfast. We ordered a South Indian Platter there which had a masala dosa, one idli, one vada, sweet dish and coconut chutney. I must say their dosa and chutney are super tasty. The only reason for rating 4 is because of the sambhar. The consistency of the sambhar was too thin, maybe because it was freshly prepared in the morning. But overall it was...
