Sip Your Mohabbat â A Branding & Tea Experience at Club Sulaimani!
Iâm Jabirthameem, a Brand Maker & Design Marketing Expert with 8 years of experience analyzing branding, marketing, and product experiences. My recent visit to Club Sulaimani at Lulu Mall, Kochi was not just about teaâit was about how a brand connects through design, strategy, and experience.
Their branding is strong and visually appealing. The deep blue, warm orange, and golden-yellow color palette creates a premium yet welcoming feel. Their tagline, âSip Your Mohabbat,â is catchy and emotionally engaging, adding a storytelling element to their identity. The wave-like patterns on their packaging subtly reinforce the idea of warmth and flow, making their products more memorable.
The tea and food were excellent, especially their Sulaimani tea, which had a rich and homely flavor. The presentation was impressive, with an eco-friendly approach using recyclable cups, plates, spoons, and bagsâa great step toward sustainability. Service was fast and friendly, enhancing the experience.
However, the menu needs improvementâit lacks product images, making it difficult to understand the appearance of food and beverages. Adding high-quality images would not only improve clarity but also increase buying tendencies. Also, their logo could use some refinement for better scalability and uniqueness.
Suggestions for Improvement:
â Include food and drink images in the menu and shop displays for better customer engagement.
â Refine the logo to enhance uniqueness and scalability.
â Standardize fonts on the menu for a cleaner visual experience.
â Boost social media engagement by showcasing customer stories and behind-the-scenes content.
Final Verdict: Club Sulaimani offers a rich tea experience with strong branding, a well-thought-out identity, and quality products. With a few refinements, they can elevate their brand to an even higher level. Highly recommended for tea lovers looking for a...

Having enjoyed beverages and meals at other Club Sulaimani locations, this visit was nothing short of crushing. The avocado shake, shockingly, had no trace of avocado whatsoeverâit was a complete letdown. When I raised the issue with the staff, their silence spoke volumes; they knew the shake was supposed to contain avocado, even just a hint of it, but it didnât. Their response was to keep me waiting for a agonizing half hour, only to tell me they didnât have any avocado and suggested I pick something else. The whole ordeal was utterly upsetting and left me feeling ignored and...
Read moreOne was Strongly flavored to the point that not drinkable, another one was too much mixed with water, and it took about 30 minutes for them to deliver this after ordering even though they had told 5 minutes while billing. There are too many staffs and who just gossips inside the shop and doesnât do the work properly. Why would they need two people at the billing counter? They just stand there watch women and pass comments at them. Cheap behaviour and non professional. I wish they had better professional staffs who take their job seriously and do it faster. They were even handing out free drinks to their friends who visit mall, and I saw it while waiting for...
