Dear All, This is not a review, this is the service we get in Husna Dine Family Restaurant. Firstly, we ordered chicken sandwich which was terrible and noisome to eat. It seems we were served the Leftovers kept for 3 to 4 days in the refrigerator. When we complaint about the sandwich the staff and the owner countered back saying it's the mayonnaise smell and didn't take the matter seriously. Later we ordered Parotta and Chicken Gravy. After waiting for a long time. We never got parotta. Instead we were served Naan which was again a nightmare. That Naan was so pathetic and so stubborn that a hammer was needed to break it. Served food was too cold and unhygienic. This was again notified to the restaurant incharge and the owner of Husna Dine. Instead of an apology they started to argue with us, and not ready to accept their mistakes. They started to abuse and treat us with so cruelty. We left the restaurant feeling disappointed and wishing we had spent out money elsewhere. The restaurant owner's are deceptive and unfit for hospitality. "They should quit this restaurant and instead be a public...
Read moreOrdered Chinese Thali today and Butter Garlic Squids with Cheese Garlic Naan. Waiters seem too uninterested in attending to diners. Asked for a glass of warm water, the glass was stinking and not washed properly. When notified the waiter argued saying "machine ka pani waisa hi rehta hai" then he continued to bully the new boy. The squid also stinked and the waiter argued again and asked me if I have eaten that dish before. Same thing with the manager. Noodles were too greasy and probably refrigerated after boiling for 2 days or more. They were tough and tasted stale. Gobi and paneer also wasn't good. Gravy too watery and the soup lacked the chinese taste. The naan was pretty good. Not doughy and crisp and tasted really fresh. I have been visiting this restaurant for around 4 years now and never had such an issue. In fact, I ordered the exact same thing we always order when at Husna. But it was really very disappointing. The staff used to be courteous. It's the same people now but their arrogance is over the mountain. Please have a word with your staff before you start...
Read moreThis restaurant is located in panjim market, Goa. It attracts a decent family and mixed crowd. The food served here is good we tried sea food and chicken dishes which were nice. Some sea food items like the shellfish are not cooked in the traditional konkani way I guess with kokam and coconut combo, I felt the taste was more like Indo Chinese which I didn't like so much. The fish was fresh and nice. The prices are reasonable you also get non veg thalis which are good option. The ambience is not that great like its a table seating and in terms of hygiene its more street with smelly plates but still a good quick meal option while shopping in the market where there are limited...
