ICE BOX BEACH SHACK — Restaurant in Goa

Spent a relaxed lazy afternoon at this beach shack in Vagator.

Located just opposite the Shiva face rock in Anjuna, is @icebox_beachshack which gave us a lovely dining experience

We found the place very hospitable with a wonderful view of the ocean infront and great food.

Loved many things here starting with how they welcome their guests with complimentary jungle juice shots on arrival and also the fact that they have ditched a long, complicated menu and kept it short with good choices both in Goan as well as Indian.

The pricing too is kept very reasonable u like other beach shacks.

We had a very appealing seafood platter with fresh fish done in rava fry and recheado masala.

Their cocktails/mocktails and chicken fry are a musttttt try! Highly recommending you to try it out.

Also apart from the food and view you can also enjoy some sport activities like darts, carrom etc

Oh and not to forget you get free access to the wifi as well.

Simple and cozy shack. Food is delicious and reasonably priced. We hesitantly tried the potato fries peri-peri that was cooked really well. Unlike the usual french fires. Dal tadka and rice was pretty great in quality, quantity and presentation. I would come again and try more dishes and spend daylight. Worth the price and view. There are plug points next to each table to work. Just don't know if it would be quiet enough...
