Authentic Goan cafe, please don't go by my rating, what the rating signifies is that if you are Goan there is nothing exceptional here but if you are not then you should try here to check an authentic Goan fare. Try - Ros omelette, one of the only places you get it the whole day and enjoy it sitting down. Liked the mix bhaaji here, good quick service. Opens quite early so no matter how early you are in Margao you can hear here for a scrumptious breakfast.

Old time place for breakfast & snack items of Madgaon, close to the station. They were open at 7am on a weekday and packed with locals! They serve on steel plates & decor is extremely dated with wooden seat, sunmica tables, cold drink bottle racks, etc. Recommended Sungta (Prawns) bhaji pav, Ros omelette and Mushroom xacuti pav. Extremely economical! Most dishes are less than 100Rs. Street parking.

Over hyped. Everyone in the café seemed little unwelcoming. I ordered for some tea. The guy looked into my eyes and went away. I waited for 20 minutes and asked him about the tea. He ignored and went away again. Finally I walked away. The owner saw me walking away, still didn’t bother to address it forget about apologising. There are many places better than this Madgaum Café.
