Me and my mum went to jackris bakery today amd ordered a couple of snacks, when served we noticed something HORRENDOUS!! There were worms on the plate along with the snacks!!!! The worms were also on the table!!!. When we informed the staff they were very nonchalant and when we called for the manager he started making up excuses for how and why there were worms on the plate served with 2 rissois and 2 croquettes. We are absolutely disgusted and in fear of what might happen to us. If anything were to happen I am going to hold jackris and it's staff accountable. This place should be shut down due to health and hygiene violations. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. I would NOT recommend any human to eat or drink anything...

I was really disappointed with the staff. Pathetic attitude the employees have. Mannerless staff. I did not have parking near the shop. I asked her if I could pay online. So she started asking for more details like mobile no. Etc. So I politely requested that I can pay you cash instead. The employee literally banged her mobile on the table and threw her pen at me. I was in shock with her approach. I requested her to allow me speak to the manager and she denied. Finally I am sharing this experience on google. Hopefully it reaches the manager. I will never recommend this...
